Hotel need to improve quality and services
Pros:

The Hotel need to improve the quality and services, it was very nice when I stay here previously. The Bed was dusty and the shower water pressure not strong enough. I cannot found any bell boy to help me carry my luggage when I reach the hotel or even during check out.

Beim einschecken war eine sehr sehr
Unfreundliche Person die uns zuerst mehr als 10 minuten negierte und nir rumtelefonierte.
Danach machte die alles falsch was einer nur falsch machen kann.

Wir bekamenn zuerst nur 1 Zmmer obwohl 3 Zimmer gebucht waren und ihr das auch deutlich gesagt wurde.
Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant hatte ich
auf den Zimmer schreiben lasen .was problemlos war.
Später jedoch als ich schon im Bett lag bekam ich einen anruf um die Rechnung sofort an
Die Rezeption zu zahlen.

Es war die gleiche Person vom check-in die das veranlasst hatte.
Und genau so unfreundlich war wie vorher.

Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel mit freundliche
Mitarbeiter und gutes Essen wenn da nicht
die Hekse an der Balie gewesen war.

インドネシア第２都市スラバヤから車で３時間の農村地帯だが、プール付きのリゾートホテルに安価に泊まれた。近くにインドマレットはあったが、夜間に着いたのでスーパーが見つけられなかった。
