Cons:

We were to close to the pool area because of the humidity if I new that I would of got a room further down the hall

Wouldn't recommend - pool & hot tub were icky
Pros:

Hotel is dated, old furniture, popcorn ceilings, bathroom vanity located outside of the bathroom beside the front door of the suite. Noise from hallway was very loud, room was too hot even after turning off the thermostat and having the window open during the entire stay (-15 to -20c that day / night).
Pool and hot tub looked very dirty, dim and unappealing, we decided to not use either for hygenie purposes.
The "gym" was not a gym and located on a balcony directly above the pool in the same room which would have made a workout there extremely humid and uncomfortable. The so called gym was closed for maintenance anyways so it was a waste of my baggage space packing my running shoes and workout clothes.
Overall appearance of the hallways and front desk area are dim with poor lighting, the hotel is in need of renovations.
Bedding, carpets and towels were clean and comfortable.
