I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The service stood out from the moment I arrived, the receptionist welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process quick and easy. The room was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh, which made me feel comfortable right away.

The facilities were also nice and tidy. Everything felt organized, and I appreciated how quiet the environment was, making it easy to rest. Nothing major to complain about just a solid, comfortable stay overall.

If you’re planning to stay here, I recommend requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience. Also, check in a bit earlier if you want help from the front desk, because the staff are extra attentive during that time.

Every time I go to Semarang, I always stay at this hotel because I feel comfortable with the friendly staff. The room and bathroom are clean. Thank you to Ms. Nurul, who skillfully helped me move to another room because I felt uncomfortable with the room at the end of the 8th floor on my last visit to Semarang.
