Entspannter Urlaub in angenehmer Umgebung
Pros:

Zimmer sehr geräumig und ansprechend gestaltet, Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und einem Tischchen, Meerblick. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, in der Bar und an der Rezeption. Als ich am Abreisetag ein Starterkabel brauchte, weil mein Motorrad nicht mehr ansprang, sorgte ein Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und geduldig dafür, daß ein Mechaniker zum Hotel kam und das Motorrad fremdstartete.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick! Grosse, komfortable Zimmer! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, mit direktem Lift zum Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet! Freundliches Personal!

Das Personal, am Empfang, Äußerst Unfreundlich, nachdem sie festgestellt hatten, das ich über Booking gebucht habe. Zur Konfliktlösung nicht bereit.

Pros:

Vom Hause und dem Zimmer her war alles in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Personal des Empfanges. Im Punkto Konfliktlösung und Freundlichkeit sollten hier noch intensive Schulungen durchgeführt werden. Es hat mich auch sehr verwundert, wie die Unterhaltung umschlug als ich erwähnte, das ich über Booking gebucht habe. Man hat mir unverblümt mitgeteilt, dass man mein Problem hätte lösen können, wenn ich direkt, im Hotel, gebucht hätte.
