Prima hotel met uitstekende locatie./
Pros:

De entree van het hotel is indrukwekkend, de kamers zijn goed en van alle gemakken voorzien, maar het is wel een beetje verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Ontbijt is heel erg goed, veel keus en het personeel is netjes en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Kamers kunnen wat schoner en het is jammer dat de lokale bevolking hier zwemles krijgt, terwijl je net wil gaan zwemmen. Prima hoor, want vermakelijk, maar zou beter zijn als dat wordt aangegeven.

We are cycling through Sumatra and were staying at the Aryaduta. I lost my wallet outside the hotel with money and cards inside. The staff was very helpful and did everything to find it. They did! Excellent staf! Thank you once again. Regards, William

Goed hotel
Pros:

Het is een goed hotel. De kamer was netjes en heeft goede bedden. Wij hadden twee aansluitende kamers (met tussendeur).
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd. We hebben ook een keer in de avond in het hotel gegeten. We waren de enige gasten die avond in het restaurant. Het eten was goed en ook niet duur.
We hebben 1 keer gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Je krijgt bij het zwembad een grote badhanddoek. Een andere dag wilden we ook graag zwemmen, maar toen was het zwembad in gebruik voor zwemles aan kinderen (dit gebeurt geregeld bij hotels in Indonesië). We vonden het niet gepast om dan toch te gaan zwemmen (het had misschien wel gemogen, maar wij hebben het laten gaan).
Het hotel zit op loopafstand van een prachtig (nieuw) winkelcentrum.

I haven't got enough room to write it all , the room smelt of urine, shower didnt work properly, toilet flusher fell off , outside window covered in mould , towels were old and dirty , could not adjust air-conditioning, This probably used to be a good hotel but not now , needs maintenance and a clean. 2 star hotel.

Too old..too shaggy and service getting worse.
Pros:

Getting worse..... not as good as before. We checked in here for 2 nights. Expecting it to be a great stay. Booking through apps was a problem already as only indicate smoking room. Anyway, Aryaduta is nice...they provide personal small private pool in the room (mampet). Then last night we came back to the hotel with martabak and decided to eat together (cause we are from diff room). Lobby was not comfortable so we go to the restaurant and thinking of ordering some drinks. Before we can start, we are chased away and if we decided to eat there, they will charge us Rp 55,000 for the martabak! And the whole restaurant was EMPTY!!!! I will really reconsider of coming here again. I attached our mini swimming pool picture. And our bed sheets are like cheap motels...greyish instead of white.

3 comfortabele nachten in een hotel met fijn personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel deed alles om je je welkom en fijn te laten voelen. S Nachts was het heerlijk rustig. Het ontbijt is goed gevarieerd.

Cons:

De lift was een keer erg druk. Het gebouw is wat ouder, maar voor mij helemaal prima.

Pros:

Frukostbuffen var väldigt bra, skön säng, trevlig personal, fick en tallrik med frukt när vi anlände.
Fint gym.
Närma till många olika köpcentrum och restauranger.
Icon mall är ett av dom

Cons:

Dåligt städat, smuts i hörnorna i rummen och duschen.
Poolen skulle med behövas rengöras bättre

Should be 4 star. I'd even give 5 .
Pros:

It is a very stylish place to be. And it has an intimacy that makes you relax and feel at home. The food from The Kitchen was top notch. I liked what I ordered so much I didn't try other things. Salmon, mashed potatoes, veggies - confort food. And a chicken mushroom soup that had a layer of a kind of filo dough on top of the bowl and was baked. SUPERB freshness, quality. 5 star in my book.

Cons:

The elevator could be a bit of a wait when busy. But not bad.
This is not like/dislike. Just info. I like big windows views and light. The less expensive rooms have that, but then no bath tub. I loved the view out of my floor to ceiling windows.
