Good but need improvement
Pros:

Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible
1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor
2. Hot water not working in bathroom
3. Jacuzzi not hot at all
4. Parking space very limited
5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked
6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help
7. Safety protocol in restaurant is good where staff will help to take the food, however #of staff is very limited resulting to long queue. And this is already in fastinf month, hence #of visitor take breakfast is already split to sahur and breakfast. Cannot imagine if it is not in fasting month and everyone take breakfast together.

Pros:

Rooms are VERY basic with bathrooms even more basic. There was no hot water during my stay. breakfast was acceptable and pool area would be the premier aspect of this venue. 1 out of 10.....I give the experience a 6. Positive is that you can walk to a number of good places to eat and a few cool bars. I would stay there again just for this reason alone.

A nice hotel to relax
Pros:

If Your idea to relax is a quite place, fresh air and a pool to swim, this hotel is perfect.
It also a good place to have an office gathering or a simple outbond.
But the food is average and it doesnt have a 24 hours cafe/resto.
