Spent 2 nights for family holidays, good location, clean and modern rooms, with spacious bathroom with complete amenities. All staf are helpful and informatif. For breakfast, nice cozy restaurant, a lot of choice from western dishes, chinese/japanese and of course Indonesian food. Very recommended for weekends staycation with family or friend.
We had a wonderful stay at Nawana. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a great place for a family getaway or staycation.
The location is very convenient, close to Taman Budaya and the Dikala area, where there are plenty of food options. At Taman Budaya, guests can also enjoy complimentary activities such as rabbit feeding and flying fox, which made the trip even more enjoyable for the kids.
The swimming pool at Nawana is child-friendly, and the food served at the hotel was delicious. A special shout-out to all the staff, who were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, Nawana is highly recommended for a relaxing and fun family vacation.

room is quite big.
i stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, bad smell come out from the rest room located inside the hotel room. towel inside the hotel room also looks very old. lighting in front of room is very minimum (dark) hence i did not sit in the sitting area in front of the room.

Stayed here for a meeting and stayed overnight from October 14-16. The room was quite clean, the meeting room provided was quite good, and the breakfast was in accordance with the portion and menu of a 3-star hotel.
There is no elevator so having to carry luggage to the upper floor was quite difficult.
However, what was most impressive was the unfriendliness of the front desk lady when my room had to be moved to a location quite far away when I asked to be moved. Her reaction was very unpleasant and tends to be bad for the hotel service industry.
Plus, I was reprimanded by an officer when swimming at 7 pm because it was outside guest swimming hours, but at 9:30 pm it turned out there was a couple swimming noisy but no one reprimanded.
If you can choose a hotel to attend an event near Sentul, it is better to find another hotel, and meetings here are also not interesting.
