An incredible place where your comfort is placed at the highest level
Pros:

We stayed at Kaya Palazzo to celebrate a very special wedding anniversary, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this incredible resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after. The whole experience was pure luxury, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

A huge thank you to Taha, Bayram and Ceylin from Guest Services, who were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect and made our anniversary feel even more special. Nothing was too much of an ask

What makes this place so incredible is that everything is catered for, whether you're going as a couple or with children. They really have thought of everything.

We had the most wonderful time and couldn't recommend Kaya Palazzo enough. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Just a small point to note is that only one pool is heated. In October the other pools are cold, but thre sea is warm.

A Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff!

A big thank you to the hotel management and all the staff for making our holiday so special.

A very special thank you to Ceylin and Taha! They were always kind, friendly, and helpful. They really cared about us and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and special. We also want to thank Bayram for his kindness and great service.

As my wife is pregnant, the staff took extra care of us and tried their best to make sure we had everything we needed. They even surprised us with lovely gifts. On our last day, they kindly arranged a late check-out because of my wife’s situation, which we really appreciated.

But what touched us the most was that so many of them wished to see us again with our baby. This meant so much to us and made us feel truly welcome. ❤️

The WhatsApp group made it very easy to contact the staff whenever we needed anything.

The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the evening shows were fantastic.

The food was excellent, with great quality and lots of choices. Special thanks to Nefise, Maruf, and Rida for their kindness and wonderful service.

Thank you all for making our holiday unforgettable. We hope to come back soon, next time with our little one! ❤️

Pros:

The hotel is great( heated outdoor/indoor pools, bars, restaurants, clean and spacious rooms, delicious food) but even better is the staff who tries to offer each one's best moments. Special thanks to Bayram Kilic our guest experience assistant

Family fun in fall and it felt like summer
Pros:

We visited the hotel in fall we were very happy that there was an outdoor heated pool the kids loved it. The beach and outdoors were great. The food is endless you have every option and the standard is higher than most all inclusive places we have been to.

Kaya Palazzo exceeds expectations on every single front! Although the weather was unfortunately rainy during our visit, the resort made sure our stay was nothing short of fantastic.
​The indoor pool facilities, world-class spa, and gorgeous indoor lounge spaces were absolute lifesavers. Food quality is top-tier for an all-inclusive resort—huge variety at the main buffet and phenomenal à la carte options.
​A special shoutout to the attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable every day despite the dreary weather outside. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or for a golf holiday, this place is unbeatable. 10/10 recommendation!

Cons:

​One small suggestion for management: The cooling vents in the room made our throats unbelievably dry whenever we woke up, so that system should probably be looked at/serviced.

Бил съм в доста хотели в Анталия, за сега този е най-добрия в съотношение цена-качество. Стаите са широки, просторни и чисти. Храната е разнообразна и вкусна. Готвачите са много добри на тестените изделия, на месото и на десертите. Специално пиците бяха по вкусни от тези, които съм ял в Италия. Много специално внимание ни обърнаха г-н Юнус и г-жа Гюлзаде, за което им блаходаря от сърце. Те се погрижиха да ни информират за всички удобства, погрижиха се да ни настанят по-рано, като не изпуснахме хубавото време за плаж още в първия ден.

Cons:

Не ми хареса отношението на г-н Мехмет в отдела за онлайн резервации. Имахме болен в семейството и искахме промяна на датите, като той поиска епикриза, но в България неможе да се издаде такова преди изписване от болница. Г-на не беше разбран и отзивчив, не желаеше да вникне в проблема.

Taha, unser Guest Experience Shift Leader war genial. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit mit einer Spur Humor. Einfach top! Er hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert!
