5 star family resort
Pros:

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our young children were delighted to receive soft toys at check-in, it was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch.

The staff throughout the resort were nothing short of amazing, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The entertainment team truly stood out, offering a wide range of activities that kept guests of all ages engaged and having fun.

The heated pool was a highlight, especially on the cooler days, it made a huge difference to our experience. The food at the à la carte restaurants was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality.

A special mention to the butler service, which was outstanding. They introduced themselves in person each day and went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. It really added a personal and luxurious touch to our stay.

Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable. We would definitely recommend this resort and can’t wait to return.

Good hotel.
Pros:

Everything is great: the food is great, the environment is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. The animators do their job perfectly. Everything is wonderful. You want to come back again.

Beyond expectations
Pros:

We arrived here for our 2nd stay and were greeted with a prosecco and nibbles whilst we checked in. We were then shown to our room and whilst being shown round, the electric went off in the bathroom. We were escorted back down stairs whilst this got rectified but unfortunately, the same issue occurred the next morning. As a result of this, we were given a new room which was actually better than the suite we had originally booked. Rida went above and beyond to make up for the issue with the electric, he checked in on us everyday and also provided us with free use of the lagoon restuarant which we had already got a taste for during our previous stay, as we had a lagoon suite that time. The staff at this hotel are all so accommodating and friendly. The spa area is deluxe and the hot stone massage is very, very relaxing. The use of an outdoor heated pool was good because the other pools wernt warm enough yet with it only being the begining of April. The food here is amazing, the buffet restaurant has everything you could ever want and is cooked so well, the added extra of an adults only area of the buffet restaurant is a nice touch. The Patisserie is to die for, cakes and desserts are out of this world. We can't fault this hotel at all and we will be back again.

We like Kaya Palazzo
Pros:

I am happy to be in Kaya Palazzo. It have a nice location and we are coming many times to your hotel. Last year we had a nice assistants. And this year we are still satisfied with Guest Experience Team. Espacially want to say thank you to Anna Metin and Veronika Who welkome us warm and nice. Beach changed alot and the territorium become more good. We are happy to be in Kaya Palazzo.

Golf and sun
Pros:

Lovely all inclusive hotel, spa and pool are great. Golf courses on site (Kaya) is a decent track.
We got looked after by “Rida” who was very friendly and provided great customer service.

This is an amazing property with plentiful amenities, great beach and the amazing relaxing deck to spend time looking at sea.
Mr Rida was so much helpful, always available for any arrangements needed.

I am feeling so refreshed having spent last 5 days staying here. Will soon be back again!

Если захотите поиграть в теннис не берите местного тренера он играет чуть лучше новичка, просто трата денег, и хотелось бы чуть более разнообразное меню
