Viskas buvo tobula, nuo pirmos minutės kai tik įžengėme į viešbutį, mus pasitiko profesiuonalus aptarnaujantis personalas, maistas labai skanus, ypač “Lagoon restourant”. Pirkome geresnį kamabarį su baseinu, bet mums buvo pasiūlyta apsistoti lagoone, dėl ko sutaupėme daug pinigų bet gavome maximalu komfortą! Šitame viešbutyje gavome visko ko tikėjomės ir dar daug daugiau!

Ein super Hotel für einen entspannten Familienurlaub.
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Buffet ist vielfältig. Das a la Carte Restaurant hat unsere Erwartung komplett übertroffen das Essen dort war hervorragend.
Jeder Gast hat einen für ihn zuständigen Gest Assitant, die rundum die Uhr für einen da sind und wirklich fast jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Für uns war Kardelen zuständig, welche uns rundum hervorragend betreut hat, mit viel Geduld, Liebe und Feude.

Das Buffet ist vielfältig, jedoch ist nicht alles lecker, teilweise lieblos gekocht.

Amazing Golf, Missed Opportunities Everywhere Else
Pros:

Overall, this hotel felt more like a standard hotel than a guest-oriented golf resort, with limited attention to individual needs.
The golf course itself was very nice, and the staff there were noticeably more friendly, attentive, and welcoming than the hotel staff, which made the golfing experience the highlight of the stay.
In the hotel, the staff generally gave a stressed impression and were often more focused on their mobile phones than on the guests. While the food quality itself was good, execution was inconsistent: fish and meat were at times overburnt, and many dishes were served lukewarm or cold. In addition, the dining hall had a strong smell of food, which suggests issues with the ventilation or extraction system.
There is a reserved corner for golfers in the restaurant, where noticeably more attention is given by the staff compared to other tables. However, this area is very dark and lacks direct daylight, which reduces overall comfort despite the better service.
The guest rooms also seem to have ventilation issues. Even when switched off, the system was very noisy, affecting sleep quality. The lobby and common areas are nicely designed, but there is a strong draft, making them uncomfortable to sit in for longer periods.
The sauna was excessively hot and likely exceeded recommended temperature levels. Both the sauna and the Turkish bath could be made more appealing by using subtle fragrances or aromas to enhance the wellness experience.
The New Year’s Eve dinner was not special at all and resulted in massive food waste. The event concept also felt outdated, with loud live music combined with semi-professional dance groups or acrobats. The music volume was excessively loud and potentially harmful, especially for children and elderly guests. Despite multiple guest requests, the volume was not reduced, and no earplugs were offered, showing a lack of awareness and consideration.
The golf shuttle service was inefficient. Despite the golf course being only about a one-minute drive away, waiting times were long because only one shuttle was in operation.
Finally, hotel guest services were not helpful when assisting guests with sending post. Overall, the service felt generic, with little effort to adapt to or anticipate guest needs.

Pros:

Отель очень достойный, забронировали в последний момент практически случайно, но всё время пребывания чувствовали себя самыми дорогими гостями (хотя отель большой и народу на встречу Нового года приехало много).
К менеджменту отеля и персоналу нет ни вопросов, ни нареканий - всё решалось быстро, четко и в пользу гостей. Служба guest relations на наш взгляд лучшая на всем побережье (а мы были и в более дорогих и раскрученных сетках), отдельное большое спасибо Дане и Анне, девушки супер гостеприимные и дружелюбные!
Еда разнообразная (рыба, мясо, птица, овощи и фрукты) и вкусная, алкоголь тоже вполне неплох, есть отдельный стол здорового питания и детское меню. Отлично организованный, вкусный и веселый Гала-ужин с танцами, выступлениями артистов и общим вайбом праздника. Спасибо команде отеля, мы обязательно вернемся!
