Viskas buvo tobula, nuo pirmos minutės kai tik įžengėme į viešbutį, mus pasitiko profesiuonalus aptarnaujantis personalas, maistas labai skanus, ypač “Lagoon restourant”. Pirkome geresnį kamabarį su baseinu, bet mums buvo pasiūlyta apsistoti lagoone, dėl ko sutaupėme daug pinigų bet gavome maximalu komfortą! Šitame viešbutyje gavome visko ko tikėjomės ir dar daug daugiau!

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Buffet ist vielfältig. Das a la Carte Restaurant hat unsere Erwartung komplett übertroffen das Essen dort war hervorragend.
Jeder Gast hat einen für ihn zuständigen Gest Assitant, die rundum die Uhr für einen da sind und wirklich fast jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Für uns war Kardelen zuständig, welche uns rundum hervorragend betreut hat, mit viel Geduld, Liebe und Feude.

Amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a good variety each day. The swimming area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again! Amazing spaces, pools, kids club,room and vibe

Overall, this hotel felt more like a standard hotel than a guest-oriented golf resort, with limited attention to individual needs.
The golf course itself was very nice, and the staff there were noticeably more friendly, attentive, and welcoming than the hotel staff, which made the golfing experience the highlight of the stay.
In the hotel, the staff generally gave a stressed impression and were often more focused on their mobile phones than on the guests. While the food quality itself was good, execution was inconsistent: fish and meat were at times overburnt, and many dishes were served lukewarm or cold. In addition, the dining hall had a strong smell of food, which suggests issues with the ventilation or extraction system.
There is a reserved corner for golfers in the restaurant, where noticeably more attention is given by the staff compared to other tables. However, this area is very dark and lacks direct daylight, which reduces overall comfort despite the better service.
The guest rooms also seem to have ventilation issues. Even when switched off, the system was very noisy, affecting sleep quality. The lobby and common areas are nicely designed, but there is a strong draft, making them uncomfortable to sit in for longer periods.
The sauna was excessively hot and likely exceeded recommended temperature levels. Both the sauna and the Turkish bath could be made more appealing by using subtle fragrances or aromas to enhance the wellness experience.
The New Year’s Eve dinner was not special at all and resulted in massive food waste. The event concept also felt outdated, with loud live music combined with semi-professional dance groups or acrobats. The music volume was excessively loud and potentially harmful, especially for children and elderly guests. Despite multiple guest requests, the volume was not reduced, and no earplugs were offered, showing a lack of awareness and consideration.
The golf shuttle service was inefficient. Despite the golf course being only about a one-minute drive away, waiting times were long because only one shuttle was in operation.
Finally, hotel guest services were not helpful when assisting guests with sending post. Overall, the service felt generic, with little effort to adapt to or anticipate guest needs.

Отель очень достойный, забронировали в последний момент практически случайно, но всё время пребывания чувствовали себя самыми дорогими гостями (хотя отель большой и народу на встречу Нового года приехало много).
К менеджменту отеля и персоналу нет ни вопросов, ни нареканий - всё решалось быстро, четко и в пользу гостей. Служба guest relations на наш взгляд лучшая на всем побережье (а мы были и в более дорогих и раскрученных сетках), отдельное большое спасибо Дане и Анне, девушки супер гостеприимные и дружелюбные!
Еда разнообразная (рыба, мясо, птица, овощи и фрукты) и вкусная, алкоголь тоже вполне неплох, есть отдельный стол здорового питания и детское меню. Отлично организованный, вкусный и веселый Гала-ужин с танцами, выступлениями артистов и общим вайбом праздника. Спасибо команде отеля, мы обязательно вернемся!

Были на новогоднюю ночь - все было организовано на высшем уровне.
Нам сделали апгрейд до улучшенного номера, в который бы теперь с удовольствием вернулись когда будет потеплее. Везде чистота, кухня отеля заслуживает высший балл, коктейли вкусные. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за оперативное решение всех вопросов.

My review is based on the winter concept. We have been going to resorts in Antalya in both the summer and winter concept so know what to expect.

Pros:

- Rooms were very spacious and well presented. We were upgraded to the swim up suite which was incredibly spacious. They were also cleaned very well every day so credit to the housekeeping.
- We were visiting for our 10th wedding anniversary and the complementary decor in the room was truly appreciated.
- Food quality itself was great, especially the desserts (highly recommend the San Sebastian cheesecake). Although they don't change the menu much during breakfast, lunch or dinner, it was always good quality. The staff in the restaurants were also very attentive.
- Resort itself is maintained very well and doesn't feel crowded.
- Special mention to Rida who checked up on us every day and seemed to truly care about our experience of the resort.
- I didn't get his name but the young bellboy who helped us with our luggage on the last day deserves a special shout out, he asked us details of our transfer so he could keep an eye out and while we were waiting came over for a chat. Lovely guy and a credit to Kaya Palazzo.
- Although the a la carte restaurants are chargeable, we got a complimentary dinner at one of them which was a nice surprise.

Areas for improvement:

- The heated pools are very inconsistent with temperature, some days they were just too cold to get in. We mentioned this and the response was that it's a standard temperature. Thinking it may only be us, we asked the other people sat around the pool (note, around and not in the pool) and they agreed that it was too cold to get in.
- Having more activities for kids would be nice e.g. longer opening times for kids club and a non chargeable games room.

It’s our 4th time for New Year in one of the Belek hotels and I thought I can’t be more disappointed after being last year in Calista Luxury Resort, but Kaya Palazzo Belek topped it all.
I am travelling with a small kid so kids activities are important to me.
Kids club was empty and super cold, activities are not entertaining, half of the outdoor activities like the big slide are closed, no kids buffet/options in the main restaurant, Game Center is all paid! I haven’t seen this for a while in 5* hotels anymore. Ela Excellence had even a PlayStation in the kids club, let alone all the game machines, aero hockey, billiard etc for free.
Food in the main restaurant is mediocre. All other a la carte restaurants are for a charge. Only one snack restaurant during the day apart from the main buffet restaurant, aside from the lagoon restaurant.
Hotel itself is ‘tired’.
Rooms are good size and have a bathtub, which is great. But noise isolation wasn’t great so we heard all our neighbours.
Overall pretty disappointed as they do position themselves as a premium hotel in Belek. Do not recommend and will not visit again.

The location was very convenient in terms of travel distance between the Belek centre and all the golf courses.

The views and scenery was amazing, such a large hotel and location with sea view rooms and close distances for amenities.

The staff go all out when it comes to the customer service and making sure you have the very best experience. From İbrahim and Omer from the bar staff, ensuring we always had a drink ready, Osman from the Lagoon alacarte, ensuring the very best dining experience, to Burcu in housekeeping who had left our room sparkling and adding rose petals for lovely atmosphere.

Overall had the very best experience here during our casual business trip.
