overall the experience is amazing. the food is great, location is perfect, facilities are perfectly designed to meet all ages and are close to each others. however, since i am a frequent traveler, it was the first time that i see such a customer experience represented by Ceylin, Emir, and Taha. these guys made my stay extremely easy. their attitude, quick response, professionalism, and out of the box solutions they come up with and willing to do the extra mile for their guests was something i never seen in other hotels. they are a true asset for their business owners.

Every thing was intact and well managed and staff are very friendly and helpful they made my 3 day’s vacation wonderful specially Amer and Taha. Rooms, beach, pools, food and services all wonderful. Thanks kaya for everything .

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal, starting with a wonderful upgrade to a Luxury Lagoon Suite.
The resort has everything you need for a perfect vacation: a pristine beach, excellent breakfasts, and fantastic water sports (the jet ski and water car sessions with aerial video shooting were a highlight!). The pools and water slides are great for all ages. Families will love the kids' club with its rides, masterclasses, and amazing animators. For relaxation, there are plenty of open lounge zones with great shisha. Plus, The Land of Legends park is just a 5-minute drive away, so we visited it multiple times.
A special, huge thank you to the Guest Experience team—Anna, Dana, Elizaveta, and Metin. They were available 24/7, constantly checking in on us, and handling any requests instantly.
Perfect weather, flawless service, and amazing memories. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die WhatsApp-Gruppe, über die wir jederzeit schnell Hilfe und Unterstützung erhalten haben. Alle Wünsche und Anliegen wurden umgehend erfüllt.

Die gesamte Anlage sowie die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Çağla, Geçem und Yunus. Sie waren hervorragende Assistenten, immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Durch ihre Unterstützung haben wir uns besonders wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

We've stayed at a few Belek hotels over the years. Kaya Palazzo isn't quite top tier, but it's a solid 5 star resort.

What made our stay was the Lagoon room. It had a private pool area for Lagoon suites, usually calm and really easy to get to. Honestly it made us feel like we were staying at top tier Belek hotel.

Lagoon rooms get access to their own restaurants, and they were great. We only ate at the main buffet once just to see what it was like. The Lagoon restaurant was that good, and there was plenty of it.

If you're booking this hotel, go for a Lagoon room. So worth it.

Amazing hotel, great customer service and everybody is willing to go the extra mile to help. Good food with a lot of variety. Great facilities and was not busy at all! We recommend you stay here! Mr Rida really made our trip personable and always checked in on us!

We stayed as a family of 4, including 2 children (aged 10 months and a nearly 3 year old).

We chose a lagoon room as both children still nap during the day. It was so beneficial to have the pool directly outside.
The room was spacious with a really comfy bed and plenty of room for a travel cot aswell. We had housekeeping daily and bins emptied twice daily, also always asked if we needed additional towels. There was always enough water and beverages in the room. The mini bar was well stocked.

The lagoon suites were really quiet which meant the pool was private during our stay.
Having the lagoon suite meant we had access to the lagoon restaurant and palazzo beach lounge which made a huge difference. The food was amazing and service great! They also had a mix of dishes from the à la carte restaurants, which was great as we got to try lots of different things. The sushi at the beach restaurant was amazing.
We visited the buffet on two occasions and were disappointed on both. It was too overcrowded and chaotic and no real order to food layout. Without the additional restaurants we would have been disappointed with just the buffet food.

We tried the à la carte steakhouse and were a little disappointed. The starters were amazing but the mains not so much. There is an additional charge of €50 per adult, which is no problem, but it doesn't include any dry aged steak, so there is another additional charge for many menu items. This is the main reason we would want to book the à la carte so the menu was then quite limited. Having just come from a 5 day stay at Titanic where the additional à la carte charge included any menu items, we were not blown away.
I wouldn't recommend needing to book the à la carte charge if you have the lagoon suites, as the restaurant food is varied and so good.

The hotel was lovely, everywhere was very clean and great choice of pools. We visited in mid May and never had a problem getting a shady sun lounger or bed on the beach.
The children's pool area is also great, we didn't use the kids club during our stay.
Our kids loved the ball pit area although we found it could use a little updating.
There are a few areas in the hotel that look a little dated but this didn't bother us.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful if ever we needed anything.
However during our stay the Europa league football final was being shown, we asked where we could watch this and were very disappointed to learn the hotel didn't have a screen or any area to watch sport. This surprised us being a hotel which offers golf holidays and aimed at people interested in sport. We had to leave the hotel that evening to find somewhere to watch it.
You get a WhatsApp contact on arrival and lots of information every morning with what is going on that day, activities for children and evening entertainment. It is very easy to contact someone if needed.

We didn't see any of the evening entertainment as had young children and were always back in our room at that time.
The set up seemed a little strange, rows of seats more like a cinema rather than tables you can sit at with friends more easily.
We also found it difficult to get a seat one evening for an early drink. The bar area outside was full, along with the pool bar area.

We would say to make sure you bring everything you need. There is a little market shop in the hotel but the market up is huge. They wanted €90 for a children's pool ring and it was €10 for a small pack of baby wipes.

All in all we absolutely loved the hotel.
My partner (having just come from a golf trip in Titanic) said this hotel was better for a chilled family holiday, but titanic was livelier for a golf trip with his group of friends
We would return purely for the lagoon rooms, they were fantastic with children !!

We are having a fantastic trip away our first of the year. The food and drink are excellent with lots of variety and choice. We had a small issue with our room but the excellent guest relations team were more than happy to help and sort out. Rida checks on our well being every day and any problems he will sort. Very friendly and helpful guy. Will come back again maybe next time with the golf clubs
