Pros:

Last day of our 8 night stay and I’m writing this review in the sunshine. Been to turkey a few times but we are new guests to this hotel & area.

We had booked a swim up room but it wasnt to our pleasing .. I had seen pictures of the Lagoon rooms online (but out of our budget when booking back home. ) We decided to ask how much extra the upgrade would be and it was a lot cheaper for us to upgrade from here, so we did! AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! The best decision!

When you are younger the room doesn’t matter much because you only use it to sleep in and you live out of your suitcase, but it matters to me now. The upgrade also made it possible for us to dine in the Lagoon restaurants. They were quiet , spacious and stylish. We ate a couple of times in the main buffet but I preferred the quieter area.

Some of the lagoon rooms hardly get any sunshine because they are sheltered by trees. I was talking to a few ladies who had relocated rooms because of this. The staff were very accommodating.
A wooden plank had become raised on our decking and was a hazard but one quick call to reception and they had it sorted! Very attentive indeed.

Took a taxi to Belek for the afternoon to shop. No shopping near the hotel. Cost us £40 return. We used the same taxi company that collected us from airport. ( jet black private transfers)

My honest opinion if you are considering this hotel is pay the extra and stay in the Lagoon rooms. You won’t be disappointed.

Golf tour
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kaya Palazzo. The food was excellent with a great variety and consistently high quality. The location is perfect, and the pool area is beautiful, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Mr. Rida for his outstanding hospitality and for making our stay even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning.

Pier cabana
Pros:

After struggling to get beds, decided to pay for cabana’s on the pier, well worth it, great day with the family, Ali and Huseyin absolute brilliant, drinks and snacks all day, brought our lunch over also, so no need to struggle to find a free table in the restaurant. Will defiantly book again for every day where here.

It is big resort and very nice natural location

Cons:

All restaurants you have to pay extra except buffet main restaurant. Comparing many other resorts in that area it is expensive and not a super taste or services.

The time i had.
Pros:

We were a group of 7 a mix of family and friends. We had the best time, the drinks are premium quality and a great selection of food. The staff all went above and beyond, really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
Lived the entertainment team and the bar staff especially.
The place is immaculate and although this was our first time here, it won’t be the last!!

The initial mistake was compensated nicely
Pros:

I booked my room through a travel agency (Troovel) and there was a miscommunication between the agency and the hotel so when we arrived we were given the wrong room and it was not a good start. But after I raised my concerns they upgraded our room free of charge to a higher category and sent us complimentary gestures. Also, personal assistant support was provided via WhatsApp and we had a positive stay overall. All credit goes to Ceylin and Taha from the Guest Experience team, we really felt special attention for the rest of our stay, thanks to them.
