Pros:

Hotel in zona centralissima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Pulitissimo, letti molto comodi con 3 cuscini differenti. Colazione di ottima qualità. Il personale è pronto a risolvere ogni problema e molto affabile. Consigliatissimo.

Nulla, tutto bene.

I loved the green bathroom with the soaker tub! But mostly we liked the evening manager of the recepción desk from Galicia. He was so helpful and super nice.

Great location, king room
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The location is exceptional, 2 minute walk from the Grand Place. The room was very clean and everything was nice. The bath was exceptional, and so was the shower.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is heating in the bathroom, it felt a bit cold. Other than that, everything was great!

Very nice location but make sure to request a room with view on the Gallery
Pros:

Amazing staff, very helpful. Great location if you want to visit Brussels

Cons:

We expected a nice view on the Galeries (and that’s the reason we booked there) but had a room with no view 😕. Hotel was fully booked so not possible to change

Redelijk hotel in hartje Brussel
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, naast de gallery st Hubert. Ruime kamer met bad en aparte douche met een dikke warme straal.

Cons:

Zolderkamer zonder normale ramen en ik kon de airco niet afzetten.

Mi aspettavo di più. Personale cortese ma stanza fredda (riscaldamento spento). pulizia ok
Pros:

Il bagno era rimodernato e ampio. kit di cortesia minimo indispensabile.. BEne la possibilità di fare caffè e la messa a disposizione di una bottiglietta di acqua.

Cons:

camera con termo spento. quindi fredda. Non si capiva dove fosse il termostato per accendere lo scaldasalviette in bagno.
Tappeto in camera da rimuovere perchè raccoglie polvere mentre va benissimo avere solo il parquet
Eravamo però in due e la bottiglia di acqua era solo 1

The ideal base in Brussels
Pros:

Premier location, close to all the main sites and the central train station. Delightful staff who went the extra mile for us. The front desk clerk booked transportation to the airport when we checked out, let us use the breakfast area and their wine glasses to gather for a drink and made excellent food recommendations at nearby restaurants. Told us places to avoid. .Spotless rooms and a refreshing shower. The room was quiet despite being in a main area.

Cons:

Small rooms, but that was expected.
