Pros:

Gostei de tudo! Localização perfeita! Quarto amplo, limpo e com cara de casa! O banheiro é enorme e limpo! Nossa.. adoramos a estadia! Equipe cordial e simpática.

Great location and lovely accommodation
Pros:

Lovely room, I stayed with my boyfriend and my parents and we were very happy with the location, it is right next to central station where you can go to Bruges or get the the station for the eurostar

Hôtel très bien placé, chambres jolies mais pas très chaleureux et pas très bien équipé
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien et les Galeries sont magnifiques.
L'hôtel est joli et les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût ! Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner à 18 euros est sans intérêt (beaucoup de produits industriels, pas d'oeufs etc.). C'est dommage car l'espace commun est très joli mais sous exploité : pas d'endroit pour prendre un café, pas de fauteuil pour lire. ça fait un peu vide et abandonné.
Niveau chambre : les coussins ne sont pas très confortables (à mon avis un peu vieux), il n'y a pas vraiment de nécessaire à toilette, et il n'y a pas de frigo.
Les personnes à l'accueil ne sont pas toujours joignables mais elles restent très sympa.
Les chambres qui donnent sur les galeries peuvent être bruyantes mais on s'y fait avec des boules quiès.

Mooie kamer op een unieke locatie; goed geïsoleerd en hierdoor goed geslapen!

Cons:

Bad lekte, water liep er vanonder gewoon uit en de tv deed het niet. We hebben dit laatste gemeld aan de receptie, die heeft nieuwe batterijen in de afstandsbediening gestoken en toen moesten we maar proberen. Het lukte nog niet. Toen het bad lekte, was het al redelijk laat, dus hier hebben we geen melding van gemaakt. Vermits we de ochtend erna al om 6u moesten vertrekken, hebben we niemand meer gezien.

Our room looks lovely and clean. We had a good sleep at night even if the surrounding is busy.
Pros:

Firstly, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is on top of the famous shopping and dining centre and very centrally located. Fill of shops and restaurant around. Walking distance to everything.

Pros:

L’hôtel était très bien, le personnel au top, la chambre était superbe avec vue sur les galeries, j’ai passé un éxellent séjour. Un grand merci aux employers de l’hôtel de m’avoir acueilli 👍

Cons:

Il y a peut être des personne qui n’aime pas le son caractéristique du plancher qui est quand même bruyant, mais moi personnelement je trouve que ça donne un charme dans cet hôtel

Lovely small clean hotel in central location
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is its amazing location right in the centre of the old part of town and close to the two beautiful historic shopping arcades. The staff were pleasant. We decided to add the breakfast on to our stay as one of us eats gluten free and they accommodated that really well. The breakfast options were good and plenty of good strong coffee, fresh bread/croissants, cheese and cold meats available. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel was really quiet at night - I had thought there may have been noise coming from restaurants and shops in Gallerie downstairs but there was no issue.

Cons:

The room facilities were disappointing - no working safe - although there was one in the room. One of the reading lights (which is important for me) was not working for the first night of our stay although it was fixed the following day when we asked. The seal on the shower door was faulty so it resulted in a flood of water on the floor. Again this was fixed the following day. The TV didn't work throughout our stay. This is minor but the floorboards in the corridor part of the room although lovely and characterful are quite squeaky. Smallish room but definitely fine for a two night stay.

Pausa rilassante in pieno centro
Pros:

Hotel in zona centralissima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Pulitissimo, letti molto comodi con 3 cuscini differenti. Colazione di ottima qualità. Il personale è pronto a risolvere ogni problema e molto affabile. Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

Nulla, tutto bene.
