Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel keinem 4-Sterne-Standard.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage.
Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Spärliches Frühstücksbuffet, nur kalte hartgekochte Eier (hatten uns auf Rühreier gefreut). Warme Milch und große Tassen für Café au lait mussten nachgefragt werden.
Entgegen Hotelbeschreibungen kein Restaurant, keine Hotelbar, keine Minibar.
Mansardenzimmer sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Nur ein kleines, mühsam zu öffnendes Dachfenster.

Un peu déçus des prestations au vu du prix ! Néanmoins l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal !
Pros:

L’emplacement et le design de l’hôtel

Cons:

Pas de réfrigérateur et de nécessaire de toilette.
Une seule bouteille d’eau proposée même si le séjour comporte plusieurs nuitées !
Les finitions sont bâclées dommage car quel potentiel !

Die Lage war super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mehr oder weniger fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Extrem störend war, dass das Zimmerfenster in die Galerie St. Hubert ging: Der Lärm der extrem vielfach besuchten Galerie, den darin befindlichen Cafés und Lokalen hallten bis in die tiefe Nacht direkt ins Zimmer. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster und Fensterläden war der Lärm zu hören. Schade, da das Hotel ansonsten durchaus viel Charme hat.

Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.
Pros:

Emplacement exeptionnel!
Dans une rue piétonne perpendicualire à 10 mètres des sublimes galeries du Roi.
Une chambre et une salle de bain très lumineuse, avec baignoire, douche et toilette séparé.
Le dejeuner est varié et copieux, le service impécable et le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Nous pensions avoir un balcon comme sur les photos lors de notre sélection, mais à notre arrivée ils nous ont dit que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit king size et que dans tous l'hôtel il n'y avait qu'une seule chambre avec balcon et qu'elle n'était plus disponible. C'est le seul Bémol.

A very comfortable and lively stay in a very central and attractive hotel .
Pros:

The breakfast was good . Fresh produce , lovely breads and coffee . Our room was quiet , attractively decorated in a minimalist fashion and very clean . The bathroom was well done and up to date x

A nice, clean hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Incredibly clean hotel in a brilliant location.

Breakfast was very good; no hot options, but the range of food was good.

Hotel staff (of which there are few) were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The noise from the main gallery itself during the small hours; we had a top floor room and had to keep our windows open as it was warm. This meant that when someone walked through the gallery and sang our shouted, it behaved like a large echo chamber and woke us up. We resorted to earplugs, which did the trick.
