Guest Reviews
Wonderfully warm staff at the main desk and at breakfast, beds were very comfortable, hotel was charming, location was great, the breakfast was delicious
Nothing
Staff very friendly and helpful
Breakfast tasty
Room cold
The breakfast was delicious and very filling — the perfect way to kick off a day of adventure! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the location was great, just a short walk from the old town area.
The downside is that the lodge is an older building, so don’t expect an elevator, and the bathroom may smell slightly musty.
El lugar es hermoso y la atención increíble
Nada
Inhabergeführtes, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel. Besonders nette Menschen, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Tim: bester Allround-Hoteldirektor, den wir kennengelernt haben. Der Mann ist überall gleichzeitig: Rasenmähen in Diagonalstreifen, Rezeption, Bar, Zimmer, Küche, Parkplatz: Respekt! Zimmer, Frühstück, Bar mit Livemusik, Atmosphäre - alles bestens.
We were a group of 8 friends who were all very impressed with the hotel. The staff were all very helpful, thoughtful and welcoming. The breakfast delicious with lots choice. The rooms very comfortable and spotless. Quiet location and not far to walk into York. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Would highly recommend.
