This was a tremendous find and will certainly stay again, i will give it 11 out of 10 😊
Pros:

Location perfect 10 minutes walk from the station. Latte coffee and biscuits on arrival was a really nice touch. Such a good breakfast, porridge with honey and a perfectly cooked full English, toast and a lovely pot of coffee - what’s not to like.

Cons:

In my eyes there is nothing that could be improved on, it’s already been done.

Great break!!!!!
Pros:

Completely overwhelmed by staff friendliness,excellent facilities,warmth of everybody staying there.Not much else left to say,except get another bottle of Port in Tim,as MacArthur famously said.We shall return.

Cons:

Loved everything,far better than most upper class establishments we have stayed at over the years.Meals were superb staff always pleased to either see you or serve you.

Pros:

I liked the fact they had single rooms, so I didnt have to pay over the odds. Breakfast was lovely, they use quality engredients.
My room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I would have liked to be able to have something to eat on arrival, but understand that out of season staffing to prepare and serve food is not always possible. Thankfully there are plenty options nearby.

Very nice and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Great breakfast! Good location a short walk to the city entrance and station. Staff all friendly and helpful. Homely feel in the hotel.

Cons:

Small car park. Would have been useful to have direction to car park, its at the back of the hotel with no signage. Best to check for a space before arrival.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location.There was parking which was good but away from the hotel.Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was basic but good value for money.

Enjoyable stay, Breakfast needs attention. Staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Room a bit small, Breakfast was minimal as in quantity on the plate for a full English. If somebody does not have say Eggs or beans then the offer should be there to have an extra sausage and or bacon. No black pudding with the full English
