Kotzias Hotel Apartments

V kuchyni chýbali naberačka ,hrniec a nôž na rezanie.( boli len priborové.) Interiér už ma dobré časy za sebou. Wifi bolo super a tiež kreslá v izbe. Postele boli tiež fajn.

Wonderful place- near the ocean. The pool was nice addition. Fresh breakfast. Lovely staff.

Chambre - meubles un peu vieillot et peu d'ustensile de cuisine. On a trouvé 3 cafards dans le logement
Le Personnel - très gentil - ménage fait régulièrement
Emplacement - très bien , près de la plage et à 40 mn des montagnes pour trouver la fraicheur

Great location away from the crowds. 2 minutes walk to the beach and apartment has everything you need. Owner was very helpful. Location was peaceful and perfect.

Our stay at Kotzias Apartments in Pissouri was, without a doubt, the highlight of our holiday in Cyprus. Traveling with the whole family, we were welcomed into a peaceful and picturesque setting that exceeded all expectations.
We stayed in a spacious and well-appointed apartment just steps from the sea, complete with a large swimming pool that quickly became a favorite spot for both relaxation and play. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed.
On-site, there's a charming little café serving delicious breakfasts and satisfying meals throughout the day. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Just across the street, a cozy mini market provided all the essentials, and the friendly atmosphere made every visit a pleasure.
For beach lovers and adventure seekers, Xenion Watersports offers sunbed rentals, exciting water activities, and boat excursions. One of the highlights was a trip to Aphrodite’s Rock, a stunning natural landmark I wholeheartedly recommend. The team at Xenion were professional and welcoming, adding to the overall experience.
Our visit coincided with EuroBasket 2025 in Limassol, which gave us the perfect excuse to combine sports with sun and sea. Staying in Pissouri was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family. The town is tranquil and breathtaking, with a beautiful beach, crystal-clear waters, and warm-hearted locals.cals.

Very large apartments with lovely balcony. A little dated, but clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach and a lovely pool area.

Only missing a microwave

Booked a 2 bed for 3 nights but was given a 1 bed with a 30 Euro refund. First morning I went for breakfast and the woman tried to overcharge me. Never went again.
Curtains you can see through. Convenient for nosey women and the town is full of them.
Awful taxi ride out of there. It stunk of fish. And this makes me angry hence deciding to write the bad review.

Cozy, family friendly hotel apartments in pissouri. Breakfast by the pool was very enjoyable and made to order. Short walk to the beach and very easy check in process. I would recommend this place to families, people wanting to stay near the airport, or a quite location to relax.

The landlord didn’t seem to be aware of the booking - just gave us the key and showed us the apartment. The facilities were poor to say the least; floor dirty; furniture was grubby; shower area and curtain disgusting.

the location is excellent, a minute walk from the beach. The rooms are ok, good actually for the price, look better from outside than inside - bathroom is the weakest link, but not that bad either. The pool is nice, more for cooling down than swimming, but again - ok for the price

Trevlig enkel resort, med vänlig hjälpsam personal. Orten Pissouri ämnar sig bäst åt den som söker lugn semester.
Vår lgh låg på andra sidan gatan på andra våningen, närmaste utsikt var baksida på restaurang, havet kunde skymtas. Bra planerad lgh med stor balkong.
Ca. 200 m till resortens poolområde med enkel men väldigt bra lunch. Familjärt! Många stamkunder. 300 m till stranden. Resortens lgh belägna inom relativt stort område. Så närheten till havet kan variera. Det handlar dock endast om några få hundra meter. Det negativa i lgh var; dåligt tryck i duschen och avsaknad av läslampor vid sängarna. Återvänder gärna!

This "apart-hotel" is horrifying and my experience was horrible. The photos I took in my apt say it all about how dirty and bad condition my apt was.
I had to wait one hour to check-in because the floor was flooded with water from the fridge, the apt had not even been checked before giving me the keys.

- my apt was really dirty
- the staff was very rude
- the Water Closet ceramic was broken
- a curtain was broken and falling from one side
- the bed cover had strains on it
- the fridge was very noisy expecially at night
- all the cupboards and their handles were very dirty
- in the toilet there was no soap, nor shampoo provided 
- TV with only one channel in English
- I was asked 10€ to get the remote control of the air conditioning (three days)
- I was asked to pay even for a wake up call the day of the check-out
- The owner asked me to pay the room again at check-out while the room had already been paid at the booking.

Who rated this apart-hotel 3 stars? Instead of making money offering extra-services, the staff should clean and fix up the apts and be more  respectful when addressing to clients. This is no value for money, don't book this accomodation!

Отдыхала в августе 2018 с детьми (6 и 16). В целом впечатления положительные. Мы приехали в 12 и нас попросили подождать всего час пока наш номер будет убран. Апартаменты с одной спальней, две односпальные кровати, для младшего раскладушка с приличным матрасом. Кухня с гостиной приличной площади. Мягкая мебель (диван и два кресла) ужасно старые и засаленные, пришлось даже накрывать их покрывалами чтобы сидеть. Остальная мебель в приличном состоянии. Телевизор, холодильник, плита газовая, тостер, чайник. Все работает. Утюг по запросу бесплатно. Сейф и кондей платно (на 12 дней - 100 евро).
Мы брали с завтраком. Несколько вариантов завтрака (английский и континентальный). Все вкусно. Особенно йогурт.
Персонал приветливый, по русски не говорит, но английский на приличном уровне.
Белье меняли один или два раза. Полотенца раз в два три дня.
Территория большая, чистая. Есть бассейн.
Вай-фай есть общий и есть в каждом номере. Наш номер так и не подключился, но мы пользовались от соседей. Неплохо, но не айс.
Поселок небольшой, буквально две улицы. Народу вообще никого нет, хотя номера все заняты.
До пляжа спуститься 100 м. Пляж галька. Ветер все время и волны.
