Wir werden Ihr Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Cons:

Kalte Klimaanlage, die wir nicht selber regulieren konnten. Im Badezimmer hat es beim Lavabo keine Abstellfläche.
Servicepersonal im Speisesaal hat sich hinter unserem Tisch vor dem Abendessen über ungleiche Arbeitsverteilung gestritten. Da ich italienisch verstehe, war das für mich störend. Kalte Suppe serviert. Das Hirschentercote war wahrscheinlich höchstens 80 Gramm schwer zu einem Preis von über CHF 50.--?
Beim ersten Frühstück bekamen wir die Eier von einem anderen Tisch. Beim letzten Frühstück m 07.30 h war nur eine Person im Service und hat die Augen verdreht, als wir den Kaffee bestellen wollten. Ist mir schon klar, sie hatte auf einmal sehr viele Gäste zu betreuen. 7.30 h ist eher spät. Wir hätten es geschätzt, um 07.00 h zu essen.
Beim Film schauen auf dem I-Pad fällt immer wieder das WLAN aus. Auch das Einloggen ist so ein veraltetes System. Das haben wir auch von anderen Gästen gehört.
Die Kunst könnte wirklich professioneller sein.

tolles Wochenende mit Seeblick in der 1. ten Reihe
Pros:

Lage Top Personal Mega freundlich unser Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen V.a das Bad !! Der Schrank hat jedesmal wenn man Schiebetür geöffnet hat sehr sehr laute Geräusche gemacht

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, auch wenn man die Jahre schon erkennen kann. Trotzdem keine schwarzen Ränder in den duschen, keine abgeplatzte Kanten an den Schränken und so weiter. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der dazugehörige Swimmingpool ist einfach wunderbar und ein Kracher, alles picobello, sauber kurze Wege, alles sehr ruhig. Die Ruhe, die der See ausstrahlt, geht auf das Hotel über. Nicht unerwähnt darf dieser fantastische Ausblick vom Balkon aus bleiben. Zu welcher Tages und Nachtzeit auch immer haben Sie ein unvergessliches Panorama, das einfach nicht zu überbieten ist.

Cons:

Es gibt einige Gebrauchsspuren, die eine Erneuerung bedürfen. Das Bad mit der Badewanne und dem hohen Einstieg ist so nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das ganze Mobiliar bräuchte eine Erneuerung.

Pros:

La vue sur le lac depuis l’hotel est exceptionnelle. La piscine est magnifique. Tres bon hotel pour séjourner dans la région.

Cons:

Manquait simplement une machine à café dans la chambre.

Chambre spacieuse, moderne, grandes baies vitrées sur une superbe vue.
Garage gratuit

Cons:

Restaurant (dîner) décevant avec de toutes petites portions.
Le fait de devoir commander au petit déjeuner le café et les œufs brouillés (ou omelette)…avec un long délai d’attente.
