Breakfast is Ok ordinary food. Located in a nice neighborhood near the market and restaurant
The room doesn't have the Wow factor. Just an ordinary room. If they are really under Wynham, this is a middle-class Wynham hotel.
Bedroom are much comfy, breakfast buffet not bad.
The swimming pool had worms under and outside the pool.need to check for this.overall we like the place.

The bathroom has a smell of old sewer and the bath tub collects a lot of water around it.
I like the location of the property, it’s nestled within a quiet vicinity, yet sits conveniently near Nuvali in Sta. Rosa.

Location and parking facility. A sense of calmness in the neighbourhood. The pool looks maintained and the staff are very helpful.
The hotel looks good from the outside, but the rooms are not well-maintained. We've seen couple of cockroaches in our bathroom, the plug sockets are not up to date, still on type F. Only one plug was compatible with our type C chargers. Also we didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet throughout our stay, as we saw an insect on the fried egg during our first breakfast.
Affordable price, good location and excellent staff
During checkout after calling multiple times and waiting for 30mins no one turned up so we ferried our luggage ourselves
