The bathroom has a smell of old sewer and the bath tub collects a lot of water around it.
I like the location of the property, it’s nestled within a quiet vicinity, yet sits conveniently near Nuvali in Sta. Rosa.

Location and parking facility. A sense of calmness in the neighbourhood. The pool looks maintained and the staff are very helpful.
The hotel looks good from the outside, but the rooms are not well-maintained. We've seen couple of cockroaches in our bathroom, the plug sockets are not up to date, still on type F. Only one plug was compatible with our type C chargers. Also we didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet throughout our stay, as we saw an insect on the fried egg during our first breakfast.

During checkout after calling multiple times and waiting for 30mins no one turned up so we ferried our luggage ourselves

The water spills all over the bathroom which then becomes slippery. Its shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor. That’s why the water is all over the place.
No bathroom amenities-no shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion, and cotton buds.
The property has no twin beds only a queen size bed.
