Pros:

A localização é ótima. Conhecemos tudo a pé. As pessoas da pousada são gentis e bem solícitos.

Cons:

O banheiro molha todo. Faltou um tapete. O lençol da cama poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Atendiomento e acolhimento do rapaz da recepeção foi fantástico, muito solicito.
A limpeza da acomodação, é algo usrreal de limpo e roupas de cama cheirosissímas.
Tudo muito limpo.

Cons:

A cama afundava um pouquinho. Nada muito grave.

La atención de todos desde recepción y limpieza súper bien, muy atentos y amables!
Pros:

El desayuno y la ubicación excelente!

Cons:

Las imágenes a la hora de alquilar no coincidían con lo que ví!
La habitación no superó mis expectativas, una de las cosas por la cual elegí este lugar era por la habitación y me tocó una que nada que ver!
La ubicación fue excelente.

Pros:

Location is perfect, a short walk from the ferry and the Old City! The breakfast was a great start to the day for exploring the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable and staff was very helpful and kind. I was able to rent a bike to cover more area faster. There are so many restaurants close by with many options! Sunsets were magical!!🌅

Amabilidad.
Pros:

El personal es increíblemente amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Le doy las gracias especialmente a Natalie la recepcionista, me ayudó muchísimo.
El día del checkout, dejamos nuestras cosas en la recepción y nos fuimos a pasear sin problema durante horas por Colonia hasta la partida de nuestro ferry por la tarde.

Pros:

El desayuno estab bien. El personal amable.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado de la habitacion, al despertarnos en la mañana el cuarto estaba todo inundado, al parecer estaba tapado el desague y todo el agua entro en la habitación y se nos mojaron algunas cosas.
