Pros:

Дякую за відпочинок власникам отелю. Розташування зручне, до центру 10 хвилин, магазини та кафе поруч, до пляжу 15 хвилин по цікавих вуличках. Сніданок смачний, персонал привітний, всі питання вирішуються. В номері є все необхідне, ми задоволені та вдячні)

Pros:

Objekat se nalazi na baš lepoj lokaciji, na 6 minuta do plaže, oko objekta ima dosta prodavnica, čak je jedan kiosk odmah preko puta samom apartmana.

Domaćini su veoma prijatni, lep utisak su ostavili.

Preporučio bih svakom ko ide na Kipar da dođe u Florea Hotel!

Pros:

Clean spacious apartment with an adequate kitchenette. Very wide and very comfortable bed. Lovely big swimming pool, which we didn't use because of the chilly weather (in January)

Cons:

We had no hot water in the shower (we were there in January) and couldn't find the manager to ask him to fix it. We decided not to bother but I'm sure he would have solved it had we insisted.

Cons:

Our stay was disappointing.

There was no proper hot water during the entire stay. We contacted the reception and the manager several times. On the first day the water was only slightly warm, then it was always cold. Later, the manager stopped responding and ignored our requests. We were told the issue was due to Christmas, and later that it had been fixed, but hot water never appeared. We had to heat water in a kettle for the whole week.

It was also very cold inside the apartment. The air conditioner was only in the bedroom, while the third bed was in the kitchen, where the temperature was around 13°C during the day and colder at night. The windows did not close properly, and no help was provided.

Cleanliness was acceptable on the surface, but the blankets were dusty.

Place worth for it’s price with great location and good staff.
Pros:

The location is excellent, the rooms are big and comfy. We had great apartment with terrace that we loved and really enjoyed.

Cons:

It wasn’t that clean and wi-fi connection didn’t exist in rooms unless you go down in the common area.
