@HOM Hotel Kudus by Horison Group

I would not stay in this hotel again. The room was not in good condition. The 1st room I was given to, the bed sheets and bed cover have stains on them. There was sticky liquid on one of the tools on the table. The tea kettle was old and ran down. The table was not cleaned throughly. The AC was not working well. When my mom asked to change to another room because of these reason, she was told that they couldn't do it because they were full. I had to go down to the lobby to complain at the front desk with anger before they gave me another room. The replacement room was not too great either. It was just a bit better than the previous one. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the 2nd room. The staff were quite friendly, but they needed to improve their SOP for room cleaning and maintenance. The wall in the room was also stained with dirty spots. The spots should've been easy to clean if they want to. I sprayed alcohol everywhere, including the pillow and bedsheets, because I was worried about the hygiene of everything in the room due to the conditions I saw.

I stayed for 10 days at @Hom Horizon Kudus. I stayed with my father. During my stay there, the staffs are very friendly; however, when it comes to service, they're very slow and the room seems dirty. They didn't change my bed sheets or pillow cases who knows for how long. I noticed that the stain on the sheet was still there, they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets. And I asked for another towel (my 2 towels were dirty and wet), they said I can only have 2 towels per day for 2 people in the room. The breakfast buffet is included with the room so you get free breakfast every morning; however, the menu is the same everyday, there's no variety really. And if you want some flies on the menu, there was plenty... there were some flies flying around in the breakfast area and landed to food. I wasn't really hungry after that..Overall, I give 3.5 stars for this hotel for its location and convenience.

AC di kamar tdk bekerja akhirnya ganti kamar tp respons lama. Sarapan terbatas. Hanya utk istirahat saja.

Lokasi ok,makanannya juga walaupun variannya sedikit tapi rasanya enak, stafnya sangat ramah, smuanya lumayan kcuali tempat tidur dan bantalnya tidak nyaman, padahal itu yang paling utama.

OK
