Comfy value and location.
Pros:

Sky bar for staff and sunsets, good breakfast, good bed and linens. Great location with 2-3 very popular bars, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops within 1 block. Good value.

Cons:

Elevators a bit slow, concierge as well. Was not aware of helicopter tours.
Room needs some TLC. It was a bit battered, with all hooks missing (literally) from bathroon, plugs in need of realigning.
