Pros:

Overall our 1 night stay in this hotel is good minus the unfriendly staff on duty (upon check-in n check-out) and the walking distant from the nearest lift to the hotel lobby. A bonus from me for the beautiful leaves felt decoration along the wall to my room. Recommend for unfussy lodger.

Pros:

The room was small, but clean. The bed and pillow were old and uncomfortable. The room itself has the bare basics and no window. The shower was powerful and excellent. There is no hot kettle in the room so you must walk to the outside of the lobby everytime you want cold or hot water. The tv had only one movie channel in english, and the tv screen was like a desktop pc monitor. The staff was very helpful, and it was easy to use Grab from that location. It is a short walk across the street to the mall for food, but the selections in western food are severely limited. All the surrounding shops are chinese or very spicy. The wifi was dicey, and frustrating.

客室に窓が有るか無いかは最初に載せるべき、割り増し料金を払って窓有りに変更！　Wi-Fiは部屋では全く利用出来ない殆どロビーで繋いだが弱い！ロビーでは一日中従業員の子供がテレビゲームをしながら奇声を上げてる、全くうるさかった。部屋ももう少し何とかなんないの？って感じ。案内にはコインランドリ―有ると書いてあり写真も載ってたが有りません！このホテルを選択した理由の一つなのに　情報をもっと正確に伝えてほしい。

Hotel berada dalam lot parking di tingkat 3 dan tiada lif khas. Juga tiada laluan kecemasan jika berlaku kebakaran. Hotell ini TIDAK sepatutnya mendapat kelulusan pihak berkuasa utk dijadikan hotel. Pelanggan yg menempah melalui online kebanyakan tertipu dgn gambar2 dalam web. Mereka menempah kerana gambar kelihatan menarik. Hakikatnya terlalu teruk

Nice hotel close to the city

Its a great holiday, my family and i was enjoy it. All the facilities was good nice. Suitable for a good budget hotel. I will recommend to my friend for this hotel.

Pros:

overall is nice but didnt provide free hot drink example coffe or milo etc. Several time require about can't connect to wifi but hotel staff keep saying that need refresh (actually is changed password) - im try to connect SPH 5158 or 6168 but is unavailable... till im check out on 4th of day still cant connect.
