Clean and convenient hotel in Parma.
Pros:

Close location to the train station. Close to our pick up location for our Parmesan and prosciutto tour. Good air conditioning!

Cons:

A few blocks away at the other side of the train station is where a significant amount of vagrants linger. There seemed to be constant police activity every time we walked by. Unfortunately we had to walk by there to get to the rest of the sights and restaurants in Parma, so we always returned back to the hotel before it got dark.

We were chosen as the lucky guests and got upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor. Not too far from the city center. Quiet. Clean. Excellent amenities. Comfy beds.

Gute Lage, gute Austattung, ruhige Atmosphäre, Frühstück - Auswahl gut und bis 11 Uhr. Checkout 12 Uhr

Frühstücksbuffet wurde um 10.50 h angefangen zu räumen und nicht einmal gefragt ob wir noch einen Kaffee möchten - Maschine einfach abgestellt! Wir waren nur noch zu Dritt dort …
Wir hatten einen Campingstuhl auf dem Motorrad vor dem Hotel gelassen. Netterweise hat ein Angestellter des Hotels diesen wohl reingeholt. Beim Checkout (in Motorrad Bekleidung) habe ich gefragt, ob es eine Video Kamera gibt, da wir annahmen, der Stuhl wurde gestohlen. Nach einigem Hinund Her sagte die Dame von der Rezeption dann, dass Sie diesen hätten… für uns war das sehr unprofessionell- schade und Danke an die Nachtschicht fürs Mitdenken
