Am mai fost de cateva ori in Parma, dar cu siguranta de revenit voi revenii doar aici!
Pros:

A fost exact ce aveam nevoie, un hotel modern, curat, cu personal foarte amabil. La sosire, Samuele și Liza au fost super amabili, empatici si de ajutor.

Convenient stay- close to historic centre and strai
Pros:

Near train station as we were travelling so easy to use - make sure you come out of back of station! Walkable 7 mins to city centre - various ways to take!
Hotel staff very friendly. Room clean and very comfortable. Our booked tour meeting place opposite so very convenient.

Cons:

A minor issue re area- we walked through underpass (totally safe as part of station) - hotel advised using stairs up to main road- we used the road next to them. Stairs seem a bit unlit where as road felt safer. Caveat - not to say area was unsafe at all but you need to be street aware anywhere and I don’t like unlit routes

Sans plus malgré une belle chambre et un bon accueil
Pros:

Bon accueil a réception a l’arrivé et au départ réceptif et a l’écoute active. Belle chambre propre avec balcon. Belle salle de sport.

Cons:

Personnel inattentif au bar. Pas de service ni communication. Restaurant froid et sans atmosphère. Personnel fait son job sans ambition. Verrerie salle. Repas pas au niveau du prix ni des 4 étoiles de l’hôtel. Salle bruyante. A la question de changer la musique robotisée la réponse était « c’est géré par Madrid » Pour mémoire: l’hôtel est a Parme en Italie. Ouff.

Qualidade do hotel e localização.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço tinha uma pecha, que não se compreende num hotel desta qualidade: o sumo de laranja era anedótico. Era industrial, ou seja, artificial. Mas esse não era o problema principal. É que, além de ser "artificial", era totalmente aguado. Significa que sobre o refrigerante, adicionavam água, certamente para aumentar a sua quantidade. Era ingerível. Mais vale não colocar qualquer "sumo de laranja". Face ao bom pequeno almoço e ao bom nível do hotel, o sumo de laranja torna-se anedótico.

Ótima rede de hotel
Pros:

As instalações. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo . Chuveiro , embora seja padrão europeu de meio blindex no Box, esse tem um tamanho bem razoável, daí não molha tudo e dá pra lavar os cabelos .Os funcionários super simpáticos e solícitos.

Cons:

Um pouco barulhento devido a proximidade com a estação de trem mas nada que chegue a perturbar o sono .
