Sehr nette Bedienung und da wir fast ganz allein im Hotel waren, wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Liegt direkt am See

Cons:

Zimmer zur lauten Strasse, man kann das Zimmer nicht dunkel machen und es strahlen die Scheinwerfer der vorbeifahrenden Autos herein
1 abgezählte Bettdecke es war wirklich etwas frisch ich habe kein Personal vor Ort gesehen oder gehört, es war unpersönlich und das Zimmer hat kein Charme

Kaffee aus Pumpkanne, an der Küste kann man auch Fisch mal zum Frühstück servieren. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Bestellung geht in einen Hotel überhaupt nicht !!!!

Im Hotel gibt es keine Ansprechpartner!!!
Zimmer kalt, da die Heizung defekt war.TV hatte keine öffentlich rechtlichen Programme, da noch ein Modul gewechselt werden mußte, was schon lange bekannt ist.
Schlüssel gibt die Gaststätte aus, ist aber für nichts verantwortlich. Frühstück ist sehr mager.
Das Hotel wird vom Hotel Residenz in Heringsdorf verwaltet und vernachlässigt.
Nach Rücksprache sind wir nach Heringsdorf ins Hotel Residenz umgezogen.

Altes Hotel an einem Schönen Ort

Parkplatz am Haus. Relativ zentrale Lage,

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Vorabinformation, dass es das Frühstück im Nachbarhotel gibt.
Ein Wasserkocher für Tee wäre super gewesen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, welches für einen Kurzurlaub wunderbar geeignet ist.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Wolgastsee gelegen. Die Seebrücke in Ahlbeck erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant, mit einer sehr schönen kleinen Karte. Alle von uns getestet Speisen waren sehr lecker.

Cons:

Leider sind der Hotel- und der Gaststättenbetrieb unabhängig voneinander. Aufgrund unserer Buchung außerhalb der Saison war die Rezeption nur am Anreisetag besetzt. Das war für uns aber auch kein Problem. Schlüsselrückgabe haben wir telefonisch klären können.
