Pros:

조식과 석식이 매우 맛있고 메뉴도 다양하며 식당 풍경이 정말 엄청납니다. 또한 자동으로 방이 업그레이드 되었으며, 실수로 키를 깜빡하고 방을 잠궜음에도 직원분께서 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 1층부터 경주마 애호가를 놀라게 할 만한 굿즈들이 정말 많으며, 체크인 시 실제 경주마인 이클립스의 티켓을 주는 점까지 완벽했습니다.

朝食の素晴らしさ、そしてスタッフの対応の良さです。とても満足しました。

Cons:

ホテルの施設に不十分な点が見られました。ドアや鉄扉の高さが180センチに満たないため、２回頭をぶつけてしまいました。ドアの鍵も古いタイプで、悪意のある人であればこじ開けることが可能ではないかと感じました。洗面室のバリア(段差)も、高齢者には危険ではないかと思います。シャワーの使い方も難しかったです。これらのうち、内装の改造で解決できるものは是非そうして欲しく存じます。

この度、初めて連泊しましたがゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。
Pros:

清掃スタッフの人の対応が良かった。
朝食のスタッフの皆さん、とても感じが良く朝から、気分良く食事が出来ました。

Cons:

バスを使って無くても、水の音が常にしていて気になっていました。
一度、バスの点検をされた方が良いのではと
思いました。

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。
朝ご飯も美味しかったです。
また泊まりに行きたいと思います。

Cons:

建物が古いのは仕方がないと思いますが、シャワーカーテンに黒くなってる部分があり、清潔感が落ちたかな…と思います。

フロントスタッフの方が親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。フロント周りに昔懐かしい名馬のポスターが貼られており、フロント内にあるポスターの写真を撮っても嫌な顔せず笑顔で対応していただきました。朝食のスタッフの方々も接客態度が素晴らしかったです。また利用したいと思いました。

ホテルスタッフの対応が丁寧。施設は少し年季が入っていますが清潔感があり、気持ち良く宿泊できます。朝食もかなり美味しい。朝食券は馬券風で、食事後には券に的中マークのスタンプを押せたり、ロビーには馬に関する展示などがあり、馬好き競馬好きにはたまらないホテルです。2022年の宝塚記念勝利馬タイトルホルダーの優勝服が飾られており、ここでしか見られないという価値が有ります。是非また利用したいです。

Pros:

2度目の利用です。お部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、浴室はシャワーカーテンや壁に黒カビが少し残っていて、古さを感じました。
朝食ビュッフェはとても美味しく、味・品数ともに満足でした。
また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。
