Pros:

Çalışanların çoğu kaba, çok eski bir hotel ve heryere uzak. Eğer tur ile gitmezseniz taksiye günlük en az 5 bin lira vermeyi gözden çıkarmanız gerekiyor. Odalar çok eski, içecekler ücreti. Küçük su için 40 tl isteniyor. Halılar çok kötü kokuyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha Allah düşürmesin .

Otel kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı değil. Crystal Otelleri tarafından denetlenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Hotels'te sadece oda kahvaltı seçeneği vardı. Otele gidince yemek ücretini resepsiyonun almaması ve restorandaki çalışanlara ödeme yapmak ayrı bir problem. Daha çok tur şirketlerine hizmet veren bir otel. Mecbur kalmadığım sürece tekrar gitmem.

Hotels.com gösterilen özelliklerde değil, çift kişilik yataklı olarak rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen tek kişilik iki ayrı yatak verdiler,şikayetimizi belirtmemize karşın bizde internette belirtildiği özelliklerde oda olmadığını, internete kemer merkez bildirimde bulunduğu için bu tip yanlışlıkların olduğunu yapacakları birşey olmadığını beyan ettiler.ayrıca otele girişte otelle ilğili hiçbir bilgi vermediler Genel olarak olumsuz bir tatil geçti

İlçede güzel bir otel
Pros:

İlçede bulunmasına rağmen oldukça büyük ve az sayıda misafir olmasına rağmen açık büfe çıkaracak kadar güzel bir otel, odalar biraz eski dizayn olsa da bölgede kalmak için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ancak alkol ürünlerinin fiyatı biraz makul olmalı

Zimmer vertauscht, keine Englisch Kenntnis, Fittnessgeräte teilweise defekt,

Not a 5star hotel. Far from everywhere.

Didnt feel confortable, could not enjoy the stay at hotel , could not use installations properly, they changed what they promissed.

Don't even think about it!
Pros:

They announce this hotel as a 5 star, in reality seems more like 2 star at the most! Staff barely speak english and when I showed them the reservation they didn't recognize it, not even the staff from the reservation company were able to contact them! I had to dial from my cell phone and then pass my phone to reception, spend a lot in roamimg charges! Their help through the phone is minimal and people are rude, a huge waste of money!
