The staff were very accommodating and helpful, the location was good, and the bed was comfortable
We had an inside room so no real fresh air.
We had a large room on the 3rd floor with a lovely terrace. The room was very large and had basic kitchen facilities - cups, plates, bowls and a coffee maker and iron. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice and modern with a rain shower.
There were 4 flights of stone stairs to get to our suite. There was no way to heat anything but coffee. No source of heat so it was cool in the room on the 2 nights of cold weather we had in our 2 week stay. Not a serious problem.

Rooms are not having any window. You can hear all the sounds from the neighbouring rooms, it's very annoying. For this price someone would expect much more!
Breakfast doesn't include all the dishes on the menu, only some selected ones, very limited. They gave us "American breakfast", which was not bad, but didn't include any traditional dishes, that were always given to us in exactly all hotels in Mexico.
This hotel is calling itself "delujo", meaning deluxe( you can see it on a sign entering a hotel), but there is no one to talk with regarding your room complaints in the evening.
At the end, not bad hotel. It does look authentic and special, but for this PRICE, a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

La habitación sin ventana ( deberían de ponerlo).

窓と換気扇がないから、部屋が匂う。私ができる限りドアを開けて換気してました。洗面の下水も詰まってます、なかなか水が流れません。朝食が3つのメニューからのオーダー制です。初日ツアーのため、時間があまりなく、一人パン2個を注文したが、パン一人1個のみと言われました。他のセット料理がいらないから、一人パン2個だけいただきたいと頼み、それをもらいました。しかし、2日後に、パン2個の請求が来ました。他の料理が頼んでなくても、パンの数が超えたため、支払うべきとの説明でした。小さいお金だけど、レストラン側がお客様の立場を全く考えてないのが明白です。レストランが昼食、夕食とも利用者がほとんどいません。お客様が朝食を利用して、レストランの魅力を感じられないではないでしょうか。
