Decepcionante
Pros:

El desayuno y las zonas comunes del hotel, la arquitectura del edificio.

Cons:

La lista de normas a la llegada y que te pidan firmarla no es una buena bienvenida.
La habitación sin ventana ( deberían de ponerlo).
Depósito para la llave de la caja fuerte ( no se hacen responsables si no guardas tus cosas en ella)

場所がいい。共有部にウォーターサーバがあるのが便利。

窓と換気扇がないから、部屋が匂う。私ができる限りドアを開けて換気してました。洗面の下水も詰まってます、なかなか水が流れません。朝食が3つのメニューからのオーダー制です。初日ツアーのため、時間があまりなく、一人パン2個を注文したが、パン一人1個のみと言われました。他のセット料理がいらないから、一人パン2個だけいただきたいと頼み、それをもらいました。しかし、2日後に、パン2個の請求が来ました。他の料理が頼んでなくても、パンの数が超えたため、支払うべきとの説明でした。小さいお金だけど、レストラン側がお客様の立場を全く考えてないのが明白です。レストランが昼食、夕食とも利用者がほとんどいません。お客様が朝食を利用して、レストランの魅力を感じられないではないでしょうか。

Cons:

Das Ambiente in der Lobby ist recht nüchtern und kühl. Kein Ort, wo mann loungen kann.
Die Zimmer haben kein natürliches Licht, weil sie nur zum Innenhof zeigen und keine Fenster nach draußen besitzen. Die Fenster zum Innenfof sind nur mit Milchglas versehen. Nichts für Claustrophobiker.
Sehr unfreundliches männliches Personal. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Stress weil der Receptionist den Aufenthalt erneut bezahlt bekommen wollte, obwohl alles schon bezahlt war. Es kostete einige Űberzeugungsarbeit, ihn zufrieden zu stellen.Auch beim Frühstück musste man alles, was nicht zu deren Standard gehörte (z.B. Müsli mit Früchten) rannten sie einem hinterher, und wollten die Abrechnung nicht bis zum checkout ruhen lassen.

We stayed here with friends and had a great time in Oaxaca. The hotel was comfortable and centrally located.
Pros:

Great location for wandering the city, large comfortable rooms and the staff was very helpful. There were plenty of seating areas to gather with friends, and the breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit.

Cons:

If you can’t climb stairs request a room on the first floor, but overall a lovely hotel.
