Our stay here has been nothing short of amazing. The front desk staff has been so helpful, polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

The exterior and interior are welcoming and offer a great blend of boutique hotel charm with small town southern hospitality. The room was spacious and clean. Check in was great, easy and the staff was friendly. The location is in a great spot with plenty of restaurants in a walkable range.

Would absolutely come back and visit again!

Needing to find a hotel in the Miss. Delta for a family event, we found Hotel 27 in Greenville, and enjoyed our stay. Beautiful historic building, spacious rooms and great location by the levee, walking distance to the casino and local restaurants. Very friendly staff and beautiful courtyard. Love that it is an independent hotel run by not-for-profit whose mission is revitalization of the downtown area. Can be a little loud from outside noise of cars.

Charming hotel in a lovely location next to the levee with lots of personal touches scattered around the property. When we arrived there was a band playing in the courtyard with an outdoor bar and a doe’s food truck across the street. We opted to eat at doe’s just a short drive from the hotel. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

We had never visited the Mississippi Delta and chose Greenville as our place to stay. We spent four nights in the Hotel 27 and it is lovely. The original Levee Board Building is one of the surviving buildings from the flood of 1927 and has been renovated to create this very nice hotel. It is in close proximity for walks on the levee or beside the Mississippi River and in the downtown area. Visiting the Blues Museums and other historical sites are within an easy driving distance. The hotel staff members take pride in their jobs and are so helpful and friendly! We look forward to returning to Hotel 27 and exploring more of the Delta!

We stayed 4 nights in this historic building which is close to multiple attractions downtown. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. We actually extended our stay by one night and plan to return!

We stopped through Greenville on our Miss Delta blues trail trip and enjoyed staying at this hotel. Beautiful historic building and great location. Very friendly staff!

We spent four nights in Hotel 27 in Greenville, MS. Our room was decorated beautifully, very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed its close proximity to walking on the levee beside the Mississippi River, local restaurants, and the Cypress Preserve. We enjoyed visiting the 1927 Flood Museum and learning about this area. The BB King Museum and Blues Museums are within easy driving distances. The staff members are helpful and delightful! We look forward to returning to this lovely hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised when we stated this hotel. We were not certain that we were in that we would find a really good hotel, but this place was awesome! It has an updated bathroom with updated features, the room is completely updated with a plush king size bed (comfortable pillow top bed), and the bathroom had actual towels that one would purchase from the larger box stores... Not the crappy thin towels that one tends to see at most hotel chains.

My small complaints would be that they should serve a more abundant breakfast, and that they would offer slightly larger pillows. Please be aware that the town does have hard water so therefore it is a little more difficult to clean the soap off your body, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Please note this is an independent hotel, not part of any chain, so therefore they are able to pivot and make small changes easier than having to bark up the chain of command

I planned a trip through the delta and as a stop i chose Greenville. I picked this hotel off the web site. It was great. Historic building, great location, comfortable clean and spacious room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel 27. Property was inviting. Room was clean and the location was quiet. Bed was comfortable. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend a stay here. We used Greenville as home base to see attractions in the area.

Amazing history and modern hospitality.

This is a cute hidden gem in downtown Greenville! I love the modern twist to the nostalgia atmosphere. Comfy beds, great breakfast, wonderful staff!

The most wonderful little hotel in downtown Greenville. During our weeklong stay we got close to the staff. They all were wonderful and personable. It is convenient to the casino.

A super quaint hotel in downtown on the Mississippi River. Great service and Accommodations. Rooms were comfortable and well kept. .

From check-in to check-out, Hotel 27 did not disappoint! Hotel 27 staff was awesome, rooms were super clean & spacious, and they had an early morning pre-race breakfast starting at 04:00 AM for all the runners! Thank you for taking care of all the racers & making the pre race day so relaxing & comfortable!

This is an older hotel trying to help revitalize a dying downtown area. It’s adequate except the continental breakfast was rather sad. Cereals children might want but shouldn’t eat, a tiny pancake machine and mini muffins with some fruit. The lighting was inadequate too. But the towels were almost luxurious compared to other inexpensive hotels.
