Not appealing.
Breakfast was stale and Pathetic

Room key was not working, washroom condition is not good at all.

Not everything was available mentioned in ad for example breakfast!!
Quality of room was not as expected

Nothing like the photos. Inadequate staff and no food options.

It was fine for a short stay as I was there for only two days.

It was a pleasant stay.

Stay was nice and comfortable with easy access to places I wanted to visit and go to. Staff was very friendly.

The stuff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel do disclose the reality atvthe time of booking, restaurent was closed,,our package was with breakfast and they get breakfast in plastic bag from nearby hotel and they serve you in breakfast. Always they are not answerable for this. They know they are very closed to Bits and airport,so they take advantage .

It was run-down and dirty, we moved out after 1 night.

Really a bad experience 1st time happened on my goa trip ..
Bad service, bad food , and dirty towles and bedsheets
There is no complementary toiletries .(instant that showing while booking the room )
Breakfast is really bad they want to tell that there is a free breakfast and all going on
Totally complaint lift everytime
Swimming pool is nice but there is no light on night

La piscina estaba medio vacía y el afua verde, asi que no pudimos bañarnos. Tiene buenas vistas, al fondo se ve el mar. La comida estaba buena y las habitaciones limpias. El personal es agradable. No ofrecen cambio de moneda.

As i entered the hotel found a group of guest fighting with the receptionist(Vinay) , once I checked in I realised this place has zero service culture , had to followup 3 times to get my lunch in the room
Despite reminding them twice to arrange for a cab and a wake up call no one bothered to do that , Luckily i got up on my own and made it to the airport just on time

Clean room without a good view.
Very noisy as both side it have road so traffic noice is there

Terrible experience... AC issue, staff issue, food issue.. Nothing up to mark

I was not allowed to stay in the hotel even after oaying for it because the staff said I am a local, but im having a different nationality and had come here for holidays. My money was taken but no room was given to me. I asked for the refund but the manager said they cant as its hotel policy.

I had booked this hotel from outside India and even had paid in foreign currency. This is like cheating people.

Next to national highway means you won't be able to sleep. Breakfast is disgusting and get ready to wait your turn for your omelette, only for the cook give it to somebody else.

Food is not good. There r no porters availavble u have to carry u r own luggage.
This is not 3 star hotel
