Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings war nur einmal in der gesamten Woche Platz zum Sitzen frei.

Cons:

Unser Vierbettzimmer war im Erdgeschoß mit Blick auf eine große Baustelle. Die Vorhänge waren nur zum kompletten Abdunkeln, nicht für Sichtschutz.

Super familienfreundlich
Pros:

Unser zweites Mal in einer Superbude und wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden! Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und wir wurden sogar auf ein größeres Zimmer geupgraded. Alles ist sehr Familien und Kinderfreundlich und das Frühstück hat viele vegane Optionen.

Superbude was conveniently placed to get to the main area of Hamburg.
Pros:

The best thing about the accommodation was the cleanliness and accessibility of it. The staff were very helpful, I was meant to have had a room on the 1st floor with no lift, but I have a bad back and other pains and they were very kind and found a different room on the 5th floor where I could take a lift. I really appreciated that.

Cons:

The distance between the bed and the walls was very tight. If I wanted to get to the bed on the right hand side the corner of the bed was almost against the wall under the TV and I had to lean over and ease myself around.

Freundliches Personal, humoriges, recht alternatives Hotelkonzept. Hervorragende Lage, trotz Verkehrschaos rundherum und Endlosbaustelle am Berliner Tor.

Cons:

Es wird freundlich darauf hingewiesen, Rücksicht auf andere Gäste zu nehmen, schön und gut, aber die Wände sind so dünn, dass einem selbst die rücksichtsvollsten Gäste gefühlt durchs Zimmer laufen. Die Türen sind so schwer, dass sie leise zu schließen kaum möglich ist, dazu gab es Dauerbeschallung von allen Rohren rundherum, der Klospülung von nebenan und die ganze Nacht erhellt das Licht einer gigantischen Reklametafel das Zimmer. Gut, dagegen gibt es zumindest blickdichte Vorhänge.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Alles in allem war das Hotel nichts für uns.
Unser Zimmer (Fritz-Bude) war sehr dunkel, mit Blick zur Hauswand und Weg zu den anderen Zimmern genau am Fenster vorbei.
Das Bad war leider nur oberflächlich sauber (Schimmel am Duschkopf und Duschwand, aufgequollene Tür, Schmutzränder um das Waschbecken etc.) Das Bett aus Baugerüst und Europaletten hat in sich gewackelt, sobald man sich bewegt hat.
Das Frühstück empfanden wir leider ebenfalls als eher durchschnittlich, mit pappigen Brötchen und wenig Auswahl an Aufschnitt. Sitzend auf zwei übereinander gestapelten Bierkisten war man auch schnell durch damit…
Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt für uns überhaupt nicht, aber das sehen Andere offenbar anders.
