Pros:

Very friendly staff, decent sized room with a good sized bed, good sized bathroom and a good sized balcony. Good varsity of dinner places around area. Good selection of cannabis clubs around.

Cons:

The location. Don't bother staying here if you want sleep. Things didn't die down until around 2-3am, then after that the bikes/cars going by are loud. Beach area is way overcrowded. We actually left 2 days earlier as wanted abut more quiet

Small hotel bang in the centre of Karon beach ideal for short stays, close to beach, restaurants, bars, markets etc. the host was super helpful with everything. Room was great but no balcony
