According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Depois de 2 dias de viagem chegamos , recepcionista já chegou falando que uma compra de diárias no valor de 3392,00 não dividia no cartão . Não fomos informados que o hotel nao tem restaurante, e isso mesmo gente não tem restaurante , eles usam a estrutura de um restaurante próximo para café da manhã, café mediano , ainda falando da chegada nós acima damos nos quartos por volta das 21hs , meia noite o mesmo recepcionista nos liga e pede p tirar o carro da vaga , hora ele disse que podia colocar em qualquer vaga, mas as vagas ao lado das portas não pode e ele não falou! Lá fomos nós cansados retirar o carro 0 gentileza com o hóspede. Depois para completar no último dia ficamos sem água p tomar banho , não tinha água no chuveiro mas uma vez fomos informados pelo gentil ( contém ironia) recepcionista que o hotel estava lotado e que a água voltaria em 1 hora , se eu tivesse uma reunião naquela hora não iria . A água só voltou após 1 hora. Estrutura boa , não oferece no banho um shampoo e um condicionador só oferecem 2x1 p lavar cabelo feminino e um desastre. Para uma cobrança de uma diária tão alta ao menos esperávamos que não fosse um 2x1. Não gostamos da falta de empatia da equipe nem das respostas secas que tivemos nem da experiência .
