Perfetto!
Pros:

Lo staff è stato disponibile, gentile ed ha cercato di soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste sempre con cortesia. La struttura è pulita, con parcheggio in loco. La stanza bellissima e molto moderna. La colazione molto rifornita. Tutto perfetto! Ottima qualità prezzo

Le camere assegnate con Booking sono le più scarse e sempre in fondo al corridoio

Pros:

camera spaziosa, silenziosa, letto comodo, pratica scrivania per poter lavorare con il pc, parcheggio gratutito attiguo alla struttura, scelta di dolce e salato per la colazione,

Cons:

i vetri della finestra erano molto sporchi, da un lato del letto mancava una luce e più prese erano mal agganciate alla scalota porta frutti. Anche in corridoio ho notato più luci mal posizionate. Il soffione della doccia erogava in modo irregolare l'acqua a causa dei fori tappati dal calcare. Di stelle ne ha 4 ma bisognerebbe curare di più la manutenzione.

Ein gelungener Start in den Toskana Urlaub
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, dafür hört man jedoch die Straße wenn man zum Parkplatz heraus übernachtet
Das Hotel verfügt über eine Bar und ein Restaurant, was über sehr freundliches Personal verfügt. Trotz unserer Sprachprobleme ein erstklassiger Service.
Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche übrig, Kaffee aus der Maschine, frischer Orangensaft, Eier und Speck und vieles mehr

Durften die Fahrräder mit aufs Zimmer nehmen.

Cons:

- Kühlschrank kühlt nicht ohne eingesteckter Karte
- Defekte im Zimmer (z.B. Klospühlung)
- Personal von der Bar unfreundlich und spricht kein Wort englisch

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise OK
Pros:

Personal sehr bemüht!
Fahrräder kommen in der Garage sicher angestrebt werden.
Ein Zimmerwechsel war möglich, da die erste Wahl in eher schlechten Zustand war. 2tes Zimmer war zumindest besser.

Cons:

An der Sauberkeit ist Optimierungspotential vorhanden.
