Pros:

Il personale sia della reception che del ristorante e' stato molto accogliente e gentile. Camere molto pulite. Colazione varia e ottima . Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante, piatti molto buoni e ben presentati.

Hotel in Toplage an der Autobahn und kurzer Fahrt ins Zentrum von Arezzo
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn ist optimal, die Fahrt ins Zentrum mit dem Auto beträgt etwa zehn Minuten.
Das von uns gebuchte Comfort-Doppelzimmer war für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung. Das Abendessen entsprach eher einem **Hotel als einem ****Hotel. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfangreich und gut.
Das Hotel sieht sehr ansprechend aus, hat einen großen privaten und kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Eingang und kann auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen werden.

Cons:

Leider war der Service an der Rezeption nicht besonders charmant. Dass der Gast primär das Wichtigste ist und nicht die persönliche Unterhaltung mit der Kollegin müsste jeder Mitarbeiterin bewusst sein. Auffallend war beim Betreten des Zimmers, dass die Fenster nicht geputzt waren und die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer sehr schlecht war. Das Fleisch beim Abendessen war sehr gut, nur die gerösteten Kartoffeln als Beilage waren nur lauwarm.
