Renovação e manutenção das instalações
Pros:

Capital humano: funcionários muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos a qualquer hora.

Localização muito boa

Cuscuz de tapioca delicioso e frutas saborosas no café da manhã.

Cons:

A comida e leite acabarrem - treino pra equipe da cozinha: tem que ter gente atenta e rápida pra repor a comida do buffet do café da manhã.

Escada na entrada do hotel- tem que ter uma rampa ou elevador para as malas.

Manutenção e reforma dos quartos: maçaneta da porta do banheiro cai; controle remoto sem pilha; a TV só tem canal aberto; porta do banheiro com rachadura no canto.

Shampoo ao invés de sabonete líquido para o banho. Sabonetes que não fazem espuma.
