Enjoyed our stay at Bayshore. Loved Waterton. Had a fantastic time and accommodations excellent
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Went out of their way to accommodate us! Very friendly. Loved sitting on the deck/chairs.
Quiet room. Very nice. Close to everything.

Cons:

Parking was tight, especially under the building. VERY, VERY tight!
Lots filled up fast!

Our stay was comfortable. It's the best location to stay in Waterton. Staff are friendly & helpful.

The shower floor is slippery - my retired parents were scared to step into the shower

Coming back!
Pros:

Location was perfect. In fact since we were coming back to Waterton in a couple of days, we canceled the reservation from another hotel and rebooked at Bayshore.

Cons:

Fabulous view. Very clean. comfortable beds. Good bathroom. Great balcony overlooking the lake.

Great location
Pros:

We appreciated this hotel's location right by the lake and walking path and just right in the heart of the village to shop and eat at the restaurants.

Cons:

Our view was of the parking lot, and not of the lake. I thought when I had made the reservation that we would have that option. But we were there for only one evening, so it was not really a big deal. It was still a lovely time there.

Would not come back
Pros:

The room was close to the lake but then most of the hotels are in Waterton. It was clean.

Cons:

The value gets the lowest score. We’ve paid a lot of money for this room and couldn’t believe how outdated and small it was. We had many other rooms on our trip that were better and for considerable less. We needed an elastic on check-in for something and the girl had to ask the manager. He was very grumpy about it. The manager is rude and not friendly at all.

Pros:

Bayshore closed down so we ended up staying at their sister hotel Glacier Suites. It was clean, bright, newly renovated, great service and we had an excellent stay. I would recommend it.

Unfortunately the staff gave us incorrect information twice and seemed very uncaring. They told us the boat to Crypt Lake Trail had stopped running, and that changed our plans completely. The boat was still running for three more days. The staff also told us that almost everything was shut down when in fact, it was not. It seems as if they were ready for the season to be over and it actually wasn’t.
I’m advising that when giving out information please make sure it is correct and take care of guests until the last day. The trip is special to them despite the time of season.

It was very noisy. The main door to the hallway kept slamming when people entered. The door to my room did not fit the doorframe. When entering the room there were a few flies.
