Clean!!!!

Cons:

The front desk male clerk was decent with me but was very rude to a lady before me. He made a negative comment to me about her, so was not very professional, he could use some customer service training.

1. Персонал на рецешне грубый, особенно девушка по имени Мохаина (или как-то так), она заблокировала мою карту виза и не захотела мне помочь с получением моих денег обратно на мой счёт. Мне пришлось два раза оплатить номер.
2. Завтрак не давали, хотя он был включен в мою стоимость. И один гость сказал, что это продолжается четвёртый день.

Parking and then there was only one luggage carrier available. The $100 dollar incident fee. WHEN DID THAT START HAPPENING!!! I’ve stayed here before and that wasn’t even happening.

This hotel doesn't measure up to its 8.1 Very Good rating on Booking.com.
Pros:

Staff, especially at front desk, was professional, friendly and accommodating - the best part of our stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. The location was easy to find and arrival/departure was easy. Neighborhood appeared to be safe.

Cons:

The output of all lights in our room was dim and insufficient, especially in the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush correctly. Breakfast had insufficient food on 2 consecutive days. Towels were small and low quality. Needed more electrical and usb outlets for device support and charging. Overall condition of hotel building and furnishings showed insufficient general maintenance and age.
