Hotel is in need of immediate and major updating.
Cons:

The place was dirty. Dirty, gross hall carpet. Pool permanently closed. Gross Halloween decorations. Unfriendly staff. Stay somewhere else!! Pictures on site make it look a lot better than it actually is.

Overall it was okay, just would like cleaner bathrooms.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Easy access to the rooms. Room was very spacious.

Cons:

I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't as clean. In between the tiles in the shower and ceiling it had dark spots along with wall post by the tub. The walls were very thin so you could hear the people next to you or across the hall and leaving out the front exit of the parking lot was a bit confusing.
