The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious
The area was not the best
The place was dirty. Dirty, gross hall carpet. Pool permanently closed. Gross Halloween decorations. Unfriendly staff. Stay somewhere else!! Pictures on site make it look a lot better than it actually is.
Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of hot options and cold. Plenty of drinks and fruit. The lady cooking the breakfast was super friendly and made sure everyone was well fed and happy. The dining room. Was clean and we used it to eat dinner we had bought at night. Best Breakfast we had the whole trip! The bed was comfty, tv worked well, pool was great, staff super friendly and helpful.
Luggage cart was missing on arrival? I think it was in someones room for a couple days. We had 4 bags and was hard to get them all to the room. Pool was good but the room was a bit stuffy and maybe needed some air vents?

The beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Easy access to the rooms. Room was very spacious.
I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't as clean. In between the tiles in the shower and ceiling it had dark spots along with wall post by the tub. The walls were very thin so you could hear the people next to you or across the hall and leaving out the front exit of the parking lot was a bit confusing.

The breakfast but it was not bad. There were not many options.
They charged over $10 as the cost I booked on booking.com and they said the booking.com didn’t know about that fee.
So I don’t know who was wrong, the hotel or booking.com. They always asked me for the review but I wonder who is here to check the review and working on it?
