Excelente ubicación, pero instalaciones y servicio por mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en una zona agradable y segura, cerca de restaurantes y bares. Además, el transporte público justo frente al hotel facilita mucho la movilidad por la ciudad.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son antiguas y presentan deficiencias de mantenimiento. Durante los siete días de estancia no se realizó ni una vez limpieza de la habitación, el primer día la joven del mostrador (que es muy amable) me preguntó si al día siguiente necesita servicio a la habitación, le dije que no, pero al parecer eso significa que ninguno de los demás días se haría limpieza. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor, por lo que debes tener en cuenta que si llevas maletas, las debes subir tu mismo por las escaleras hasta el piso que te asignen. En general, considero que el precio es elevado para la calidad y los servicios ofrecidos.

Relaxing stay on the Chinatown / Little Italy Border in a room away from bustling & fun Columbus Ave
Pros:

Great location everything is a walk away and the Bus Stop is outside the door.
The Queen Size bed was comfortable and the room was quiet (away from Columbus Ave).
Checkin was friendly and checkout was quick - drop key card in box at reception.
TV Cable was okay.

Cons:

The passage ways, at times, during Fleet Week 2026, smelt of tobacco and cannabis smoke.

Einfaches Zimmer, das nötigste vorhanden, Bett mit Seitenblech, - Fenster lange nicht mehr gereinigt, - für den Preis gibt es kaum was besseres in San Francisco City - mit eigener Toilette, - 1-2 Nächte kann man aushalten hier

Es ist ein Bett und eine Toilette mit Dusche, - das hat funktioniert, - mit veralteter Einrichtung, - für mich war ok für 1 Tag

It's not great, but a one star hotel after all
Pros:

The front desk was available around the clock. My window opened to some kind of atrium, such that there was no audible traffic noise. The ensuite bathroom provided all the basics and served its purpose well. The wifi was working well.

Cons:

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though the facility is allegedly fully non-smoking; turning on the bathroom fan helped remedy it somewhat. The smoke detector in my room had been ripped off the wall, but was still connected (unsure if it still worked or not). There was no housekeeping, unless so requested. The front desk was unwilling to provide me with a printed receipt on checkout, and when I insisted gave me a printout of a screenshot of a PDF viewer (that had the relevant details in it, at least). Besides the bed, the only furniture in the room is a tiny shelf and a refrigerator (i.e., no safety box, no closet). The window in my room would not fully close.

Pros:

L’emplacement est bien

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas propre, nous avons eu une chambre avec fenêtre cassé qui ne se fermer pas, un rideau troué. Au prix de l’hôtel il serait préférable que le ménage soit fait correctement. Nous y avons dormis 3 nuits et jamais personne n’est venu faire le ménage.

La ubicación es insuperable. La gente que atiende muy amable. El hotel lo están refaccionado puede que mejore mucho en los próximos meses. Es una zona de muy lindos restorane italianos

Cons:

No se lleva 5 estrellas por que claramente es un hotel de baja calidad. Pero funcionó para nosotros que paseamos todo el día.

Great and convenient location, with many interesting places nearby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And the room rate is quite affordable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several things that made our stay uncomfortable. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room. Although the room looked clean at first glance, it did not feel properly cleaned. The bathroom ventilation was very dirty, and the floor was also not clean. It was difficult to walk barefoot because our feet became dirty after just a few steps.

Hand soap was not available. The window was very difficult to open, so we decided not to open it even though the smell in the room was unpleasant. The table lamp also did not work properly it would turn on and then suddenly go off.

The walls and ceiling did not look well maintained. The ceiling had noticeable yellow stains, and the overall condition made it look as though the room may have had water damage in the past or had simply been poorly painted.

The bed was also very uncomfortable, and there were only three small pillows for two people.
