It's great for 1-2 nights, but not more. I saw a live cockroach crawling across the shower floor. I saw a toilet filled with vomit and it was also splattered on the toilet seats.
There was no hand soap in the shared bathroom and the reception refused to refill it. Instead he gave me individually wrapped bars of soap. When I placed that bar of soap in the public bathroom, it was then removed hours later.
There was also a broken window in our room and the sockets by the room sink wasn't working.

Posizione veramente eccezionale!
Camera minimal ma pulita e con tutto il necessario compreso frigorifero e microonde

Cons:

stavano imbiancando le parti comuni, (corridoi e scale) e quindi la pulizia di queste parti lasciava a desiderare.
Penso che una volta finiti i lavori sarà tutto perfetto.

Hayatımdaki en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Denetlense mühürleneceğine eminim. En az 30 yıllık yatakta , havasız, ışık almayan 10-12 metrekare odada konaklamak zorundasınız. Gecelik 120 doların karşılığı bu olmamalı. Yıllanmış nemli/çürümüş ahşap kokusu , telleri batan yatak, 15+ yıllık duş perdesi ve üzerine hiç olmazmış gibi ortak alan koridorlarında tadilat var. Çekiç, elektrikli süpürge sesi durmuyor ve boya kokusu. Burası yüzünden san franciscodan soğudum. Ücretsiz konaklama fırsatınız varsa bile tercih etmeyin.

Pros:

Esta en una ubicación excelente, super conveniente para visitar san francisco y muy bien comunicado.

Cons:

Estaban en plena reforma, no habia ascensor. La moqueta del pasillo estaba bastante sucia y olia raro. No limpiaron la habitación ningún dia.
