I stayed in Room 14 from 26–27 Sep and did not stay for the night of 27–28 Sep because it was impossible to get proper rest.
The room was on Level 1, right by the street, with virtually no soundproofing. I could hear people talking outside, cars and motorcycles revving their engines late into the night, and the neighbouring guests room 131 repeatedly opening and slamming the door.
I approached reception multiple times to complain about the noise and informed the staff that I would not be staying for the following night as it was impossible to rest. The property verbally agreed to refund the unused night.
However, it has since denied that I made any noise complaints and refused to honour the verbal refund agreement.
I urge the property to review its own CCTV footage, if available, which may help corroborate my account of the repeated interactions with reception.
I would not recommend this property, especially to anyone who values a quiet room and a good night's sleep.
A Great Hotel in an Excellent Location!
The hotel’s biggest advantage is its fantastic location. The cable car leading up to the park is just steps away, as are the main street, plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, and a metro station. The Old Town is also within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring Tbilisi.
The staff deserve special praise: everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They responded to any requests exceptionally quickly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel is a little dated and has a few minor imperfections, but the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and the rooms were always spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was simple, without a huge variety of options, but everything was tasty and perfectly adequate to start the day.
The only minor downside was that the beds and mattresses were a little worn and could use an upgrade. However, this did not spoil our overall experience.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay! This is a great choice for anyone who values a convenient location, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming staff. We would happily consider staying here again on our next trip to Tbilisi.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to Rustaveli Street, the metro station, and other convenient places. The breakfast is adequate, but the room furniture is old and the cleanliness is average.
One major downside is the housekeeping staff. They start vacuuming around 8:00 a.m. and talk loudly, making it difficult to sleep in.
The hotel also provides a welcome gift, a bottle of wine, which is a nice gesture.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at the end of my stay. I had bought a small, inexpensive but beautiful traditional souvenir from Tbilisi. It was in my suitcase, which I had left open in the room, but when I checked my luggage, the souvenir was missing. I am not accusing anyone, but the situation was disappointing. I contacted the hotel at the end of my trip, and they told me they would investigate and get back to me. However, I never received any further communication from them.
Overall, the location is a strong advantage, but the hotel needs to improve its room maintenance, housekeeping practices, and customer service.
This property is a complete financial scam. Upon arrival, the staff aggressively lied to me multiple times, claiming that their card terminal via Booking.com was disabled and demanding that I pay on-site in cash or via a physical card. Before paying, I went to inspect the room, and it was absolutely horrific. It did not match the photos at all: the room was extremely filthy, covered in thick layers of dust, and completely infested with spiders and heavy cobwebs. It was a severe health hazard. I refused to check in due to the unsanitary conditions and left immediately. However, as soon as I left, the hotel fraudulently used my credit card details from the Extranet to process an unauthorized charge behind my back. The original contract price on Booking was 1,199.64 GEL, but they dishonestly overcharged my card for 1,999.64 GEL, stealing an extra 800 GEL without any justification! They then falsely marked my reservation as a "no-show" to steal my money and avoid paying commission to Booking.com. This place is run by aggressive fraudsters. I have already filed a formal fraud dispute with my bank. Booking.com must ban this property immediately!

У отеля хорошее расположение возле метро и канатной дороги. Есть место где поставить машину. В номерах чисто и напор воды хороший. На завтрак предлагают приготовить отдельно блины. Цена соответствовала ожиданию для 2 дней транзитного ночлега.

Номер маленький, но это центр города и по бюджетной цене. Кондиционер уже устал работать.
They went out of their way to make our children comfortable, made extra fancy pancakes. The room was cleaned everyday, they were really accommodating.
