I had truly pleasant stay at this lovely hotel

The hotel is a SCAM. Booked a room via booking.com guaranteed by credit card payable at check out. Got a message from the hotel saying that the room is not guaranteed until I pay the first night via an external link. Tried to clarify with the hotel and booking.com, no use: the hotel kept saying you either pay or you have no room even though these were not the conditions which I booked. I said I would not go via external link and would like to cancel after which the hotel charged my card without authorization (and booking did nothing to stop them). Was trying to get a refund for two weeks already with no success. Keep getting promises which are never delivered. Terrible customer service, not even speaking decent English. Basically I got robbed by this hotel and booking did nothing to guarantee my card security. Never ever have anything to do with this hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. As someone who travels frequently, I was expecting much better service and flexibility to make my stay enjoyable and worth coming back.

My flight landed at 3:30 AM, and I arrived at the hotel around 4:30 AM. I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but I had to wait over 7 hours in the lobby before finally getting a room (206). Exhausted, I immediately fell asleep. When I woke up to take a shower, I noticed a large patch of mold and water damage on the ceiling. I asked the receptionist to change my room, and to their credit, they did.

The room was refreshed daily, but towels were not replaced, and fresh towels were not provided every day. For a hotel of this standard, I expected consistent housekeeping service, especially with basics like clean towels.

On my last night, I returned to the hotel around 3 AM, but the door lock malfunctioned and I was stuck outside my room for more than 30 minutes. The maintenance worker who came to fix it was rude, though the receptionist was polite and tried to help.

I was then offered a late checkout until 6 PM, which made me very happy since it meant I could rest and prepare for my flight comfortably. Unfortunately, due to poor management, the receptionist woke me up at 11:25 AM demanding that I check out within 30 minutes. My late checkout had been cancelled without explanation, and because the receptionist did not speak English, I couldn’t properly resolve the

Terrible service, not clean

Hotel location is perfect, however bed is uncomfortable at all, loudy music from out of the street can be heard from room, room AC cant be adjusted manually, room size is very small comoaring to sureounding hotels in the area.

Following is what I have experienced during my ten days stay in this hotel which was somehow pleasant:

0/10. Do not recommend. The power went off for 2 wholes days of our stay. No lights, no water and on the 11th floor. No generator (unlike the hotel right next door). With a 2 year old too, I had to boil water elsewhere and bring it up in buckets to wash her.

They refused to refund a cent. Even for the 50,000 AMD of food that spoiled in their fridge.

All of this despite spending 2,000,000 AMD at their hotel.

This was my second time with this hotel. The rooms are clean and inviting. The mini bar is always stocked with my favorite juice and snacks. The breakfast is tasty and convenient. At the front desk, Sona and Aspram were positively wonderful, so kind and helpful. In all, a good experience.

The general feeling is anticipation of the client's wishes! Convenient location, layout, design, equipment and decoration of the rooms, silence and cleanliness, excellent fitness room, wonderful breakfasts and of course, the main thing - smiling and helpful staff. We were met by Jenny, thanks to her, the entire friendly team and the hotel management! I was amazed at the incomparable “Black Forest with Cherry” cake presented on my birthday! We - two elderly married couples - were very pleased!

I stayed in the hotel with my family for a short time , a couple of days
I wasn’t sure if I should book this hotel considering the poor number of reviews about this place and some of them were confusing..
The hotel I have to tell you is located in the best part of the city and everything is around, few hotels in Yerevan have this privilege of location.
The hotel was clean, spacious, and the staff was great and welcome!
The only minus in my opinion was the breakfast which was kind of poor, there were not so many options, no fresh orange juice as well..
I had a lunch there with my family and the emotions were mixed..the food was tasty but unreasonably expensive for the category of the hotel, Prices comparing to the local economy were very high but I have to say the staff did an excellent job, service was great.
The hotel in general is a great option and I would stay there again.

I wanted to express my pleasant surprise during my stay at your establishment. Despite encountering negative reviews, I'm unsure why they exist, as the hotel management seems to have reflected upon the feedback, made staff changes, and executed excellent improvements.

The hotel staff was remarkably attentive and considerate. From cleanliness and amenities like bathrobes, towels, and napkins – everything was genuinely pleasant, well-kept, and clean.

The breakfast spread was quite extensive, catering to any appetite and palate.

One delightful note to share is that we casually mentioned my girlfriend had said "Yes," and shortly after, we received a thoughtful gift. It may seem like a small detail, but it added an incredibly pleasant touch to our experience.

The in-house currency exchange with a favorable rate was a convenient feature. Stepping into the hotel from the street created a truly comfortable, homely atmosphere. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful weekend.
