Always a great experience staying at this resort. Very friendly staff and great location.

You get what you paid for, we upgraded to a swim up, rooms wasn’t cleaned great at all was quite dirty to start off with, but what we paid you wouldn’t get a swim up for that price and we still enjoyed our time here, best thing about the hotel is the 7/11 across the road

Overall have a great experience. The staffs are really helpful and friendly.

Room is good comfortable and clean but accessories were not clean. Our clothes got dirty while put on stand. Coffee cups were dirty.
Food quality was very good.

The pool access rooms were good value for the price but some things do need improvement. Ie. Considerable mould around air conditioning vent and the air con thermostat did not change anything so the room could be too cold. Mattresses were also quite hard for people who aren't used to it. But overall still pretty good value.

Only managed to stay 1 night out of 4. Felt dirty and old. We had a pool access room. Our Bed cover had yellow stains on it. The bed was like sleeping on cement. The bathroom was grotty. Just a massive, expensive disappointment.
Breakfast was dreadful with hardly any options. Cannot recommend.

My fourth time in Phuket. Everything about the hotel is the same. I think maybe the hotel may need some renovations on some furnitures in the room. Hotel food could be better and staffs could be more wellcoming and friendly.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 8 days. The hotel is super clean and the staff are friendly and excellent. The room cleaning is excellent and the breakfast is quality. In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially the behavior of the staff and the care is very good.

Price, location

Great location. Hotel bit on the older side but still worth the money. Had the pool access room which was great. Only issue was the mattress was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Had to sleep on top of the beddings to make it a bit softer. Might want to invest in new mattresses as this is consistent complain from other reviews. But overall I would stay again. For the location.

I choosed a room with pool view and balcony and breakfast. The room it was fair with a nice view from the pool, has all what we need to stay but with a smell of humidity. When I stayed the breakfast wasn’t buffet, only in my last day. Also the restaurant had a strange smell. All the hotel needs an urgent renovation. I saw rats walking around at the garden near the pool. The services are very poor. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and had a lovely experience. The room was nice and extremely clean during our whole stay. Check in was quick and the staff were polite and friendly. The location was the best part for us as it was a three minute walk to the beach and close to the popular areas of Patong (under 10 minute walk) but the area of the hotel was quiet and so we had a good nights sleep. We loved the pool and breakfast had a good selection. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice clean room in an amazing location for a good price! The only negative I would say is that the bed was very firm but some people would prefer this.

It was our second time there. We had a pool access room which was divine. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Close to everything.

Stayed here in November. Everything was perfect, can’t fault anything.
The staff were really friendly and helped with any questions and sorted our transfer back to the airport.
Located really close to everything - down the road from Bangla Street and there’s a night market & bike rentals all near to it.
The pool was really good and clean.
The room I stayed it was so spacious and the bathroom and everything was so clean - I like how they provide you with a free (huge) umbrella for when it rained.
Would love to stay here again because everything exceeded my expectations!

One thing could be improved is the beds in my room. They were really firm for me.
