We accept 01 (one) pet per apartment, small (up to 7 kg, maximum height of 7.9 in and length of 12 in) and trained. The hotel also has an outdoor kennel, included for larger pets; If you would like to bring a pet, you must first check with the hotel and agree to the extensive property rules.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Bom atendimento, exceto quando fui pedir 4 copos de vidro a noite pois estávamos a passeio em família, e ficamos no hotel,onde lanchamos no quarto e a atendente muito educada e atenciosa informou que por normas do hotel nao poderia nos dar o copo de vidro e sim de papel.
Acho que vocês precisam reavaliar isso
Na hora do pagamento do check-in, pedi para parcelar no cartão, e fui informado que nao poderia teria que ser uma vez so no cartão, e queria parcelar no máximo em 2 ou 3 x no cartão.!!!!!!!!
Tudo ótimo. Camas, confortáveis, banheiro limpo, jantar no restaurante do próprio hotel muito bom.

Fomos super bem atendidos pelas recepcionistas, quarto tamanho ideal para família de 4 pessoas, sendo dois adultos e duas crianças. Café tem o essencial que precisa, pães de 6 tipos, pão de queijo, molho de cachorro quente, omelete... bolos de dois tipos, iogurte, dois tipos de suco, café passado, sucrilhos, leite, frutas variadas. Frios como queijo, presunto, margarina, doce de leite chimias.... enfim, para nós muito bom. Localização super privilegiada em relação ao Zoológico. Achei que por ser na BR ia ter muito som do trânsito, mas as janelas são bem vedadas e não escuta nada. Chuveiro com água com pressão e bem quente (ficamos no 2º andar). Tem estacionamento fechado. Tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Roupas de cama muito boas, bem confortável. Nosso quarto tinha ar mas não chegamos precisar usar. Com certeza iremos voltar!
