Breakfast and facilities were fine
Constant noise 24/7 from air conditioning plant. This was measured at 52dB and was near to the window of the second bedroom making it impossible to sleep in - really not good at all
Warm greeting, amazing room and everything you could need, large bathroom, excellent nights sleep pillows and mattress were great nights sleep. Hot breakfast was great.
No pastries or hash browns at breakfast and the breakfast table looked uninteresting needs a bit of glamour!
There was a lady dressed in vest top , leggings and knee supports fussing about didn’t look great to be honest when the premises especially the hardwick room and overall is very well presented let the side down really.

Großer Außenbereich und Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzbereichen.
Die Fenster im Zimmer gingen nur sehr wenig auf. War mit einer Sicherung versehen. War bei Ankunft extrem warm im Zimmer und der Ventilator hat leider bei den Außentemperaturen, die über 30Grad lagen, nicht wirklich für Abkühlung gesorgt.
Zum Glück konnte man das Fenster im Bad etwas mehr öffnen.
Klimaanlage wäre super.
Die Sitzbänke im Garten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten erneuert werden.
Der Gartenbereich könnte noch etwas dekorativer gestaltet werden, da es im Rest des Hauses sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet ist.
Room was perfect for two - clean, comfortable and quiet. Great in room amenities, idea for a night. The pub's food was also delicious!

An English country pub in a small village setting, very nice.
Ready for a refresh, paint peeling on shower ceiling and sink was a little grubby.
Didn’t realise the pub shut for food on a Sunday at 3 pm so was unable to get food or drinks after an exhausting day in the heat.
Pub is shut Monday and Tuesday- wanted to stay in a country pub but it was shut. My mistake, should of checked, just assumed it would be open

Absolutely great stay at the three hills. Would highly recommend especially the breakfast
Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with nice additions like the Roberts radio, coffee machine, great variety of teas, boxes of tissues, books. Parking was right outside our ground floor rooms where there were also benches with comfortable seat pads and a table. The garden and terraces were spacious and immaculate. Staff were all helpful, courteous, friendly, efficient and generally amazing! Continental breakfast provided excellent choices and our dinner was absolutely delicious. This pub, its rooms, food and staff are all of a very high quality. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Our only disappointment was that the pub was closed for dinner on Monday and Tuesday. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and we'd love to come and stay again.
Perfect position for attending a nearby wedding
As an elderly couple it would have been nice to have a mat for inside the shower as the floor was very slippery when wet

The property is in a lovely location . We had seen this on four in a bed the previous week altho we had already booked our stay. I have to say it was absolutely beautiful we loved every minute and would highly recommend. 10/10
