シャトルが24hと過去のQAで回答しているが、実際はチェックイン自体が0時までと、宿泊前々日に言ってきた。フライト番号(0時着)と、シャトルを0時30分〜1時にお願いしたいと1ヶ月前の予約時に伝えてあったのに。そして、返金を頼んだが、対応しない。

It was fairly clean
was without a toilet for 24 hours reported it to the front desk about 7 am to report the problem, was told a maintenance guy would come to fix it . I returned from outside adventures around 5:30 and the toilet was still not fixed . I then proceeded to the front desk again where i was notified that the person before did not notate the account nor was the maintenance man available . I was advised that they would try and send someone else to take a look because they didnt have any more rooms available. Still no one came to fix the toilet... just tragic to literally have a hotel with an inside port a potty ! Not to mention the breakfast attendant was rude in the mornings also.
Clean accommodation and friendly staff.
Our shower door was off the track and couldn’t adjust the water power.
