Good value for money
Pros:

Good location, good value for money, lovely clean room with all the facilities you could need including a pristine bathroom.

Friendly staff and nice to have the pub there too.

Cons:

Parking gets crammed because of the pub, needs a reserved area for hotel guests only
Breakfast only starts at 8am (!!!) with not pre-packed option - if travelling for work I do not have the time for a lie in

very enjoyable, good location, very friendly staff.
Pros:

I liked the convenient location for the places I wanted to visit. The room was very comfortable and clean. I didnt have the breakfast this time but there was the facility in the room to make tea.

creaky floorboards in the room

Impressive great value for money and the breakfast was delicious 😋
Pros:

Always love the Mayfield and FIVE Star Stays. From the wonderful staff, the comfy beds and beautiful thick large towels. Never anything to complain about.

Pros:

Location good,staff friendly,clean and comfy rooms.Good Breakfast.
Lovely bar area for Drinks.Meals available lunch and evening.

Pros:

We couldn't fault it.
Very quiet even when a big football match is on after the match great friendly atmosphere great to hear.

Pros:

We had stayed before and loved it but this time we upgraded to a superior room which was fantastic, very spacious room and the bathroom not only had a walk in shower but also a separate bath

Fantastic would go again
Pros:

The staff, the location, the food and the beds. As well as the beer garden in the sun

Cons:

Room 6 very very hot. The fan provided made no difference. Window unable to be opened

Mid-week stay.
Pros:

Spacious pub/restaurant with good food and a fair selection of drinks. Good parking. Room clean and a good fan provided.

Cons:

Room very small for a twin and shower, albeit very good the entry is extremely narrow and a bit dicey getting out. The bed was on the soft side for me, but some might like that. Barman could smile once or twice.

Pros:

Nice carvery, room very clean

Cons:

Room was hot but fans were provided.
Washing up liquid was available but nothing to wash the pots with. Dishwasher didnt have any tablets available to use
