Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel in a great location in Buenos Aires
Pros:

The room was a great size with a very large bed. The room was light with large windows overlooking the garden at the back of the property, and also had a small balcony.
The room was equipped with tea/coffee and water and the toiletries in the bathroom were very good.
The water feature in the foyer was superb and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
There was an excellent choice for breakfast with natural honey being a highlight.
The area of Palermo Hollywood has lots of bars and restaurants and is lovely to walk around and we felt very safe.

Chambre propres, bonne literie, personnel agréable, excellente situtation non loin de nombreux restauarants.

Cons:

Petits déjeuners faméliques dans une salle beaucoup trop petite pour l'ensemble de la clientèle Il fallait pleurer pour avoir du beurre ..... , le personnel n'est pas assez nombreux et est, du coup, vite dépassé par les commandes, le choix en nourriture est très limité comparé à de très nombreux autres hôtels.

Would recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Their English was excellent which was very helpful for us.

ארוחת בוקר טובה,וגם מסעדת המלון טובה , עם צוות מצוין.
מעבר לכך, הייחוד העיקרי של המלון הוא הצוות בקבלה,שכמוהו טרם פגשתי:
אדיבים, עוזרים בכל דבר- מהזמנת מסעדה דרך מופע טנגו, הכוונה על המפה ועד עזרה בהוצאת המזוודות למונית!
קיבלנו גם מספר ווטסאפ של דלפק הקבלה, שאיתו יכולנו לתקשר.

Sadly underwhelmed. I stayed at 6 different hotels in Brazil and Argentina in a 2 week stay. The Palo Santo was our bigg

Nice room. Reception staff very helpful. Safe entry system. Good location

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work for the first day of the stay. Hotel photos look like the small rooftop pool is deeper. It is knee deep only. Breakfast was disappointing.
