Hotel and room looked a lot better in pics than in reality
Good price and close to everything you need.
The room is big. We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid. But the room can accommodate until 7 visitors.
The service is slow. Maybe because the hotel is fully-booked. All the staff are courteous but can't give you the requests like electric kettle, floor rag, or towels in the room.
Accommodating staff. Variety of choices for complimentary breakfast. Strong WiFi signal.
Unironed pillow cases. Needs to improve attention on replacing linens and toiletries as requested.
I like the hotel, the staff were friendly and location the best one very close to Robinson mall. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable. Love Edwin and Maribel
