Wspaniała obsługa lounge i fatalna w recepcji
Pros:

Najlepsza w hotelu była opcja dostępu do Loungu , to wysokiej jakości rozwiązanie. Shelly zarządzająca na XÎ piętrze to wspaniała osoba , bardzo przyjaźnie nastawiona do swoich gości. Śniadania bardzo dobre ,a posiłek popołudniowy to pełna kolacja a nie tea time.
Panuję tam bardzo miła i spokojna atmosfera.

Cons:

Poprosiłem o cichy pokój z racji rezerwacji opcji z dostępem do lounge na XÎ tak samo otrzymałem pokój , tylko że od bardzo wczesnych godzin porannych i po południu , w moim pokoju roznosił się nie do wytrzymania stukot , po jednej nocy zarządzałem zmiany pokoju , nie było na XÎ p , dostałem na X ale to już nie był ten sam standard, ale ok. Uważajcie na pokoje 1105 czy 1106 one są przy tych trzaskających drzwiach od serwisu

A Nice Stay in the Heart of Kota Kinabalu
Pros:

Conveniently located by the waterfront. Close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Friendly staff.
