Good location, late check-out was a bonus, restaurants in and annexed to the hotel were good.
Pool was pretty ordinary and roped so you couldn't swim more than a couple of strokes, no shaded area by the pool, no bar or food service at the pool, booked a double room but got assigned a twin room which they claimed they couldn't change when I asked for a double room as booked - they moved the twin beds together but not really what we wanted.
Excellent location, lovely staff, fantastic food, amazing views. Apologies for the lower quality photos as I took them off off a video I took of my room - as it was such a huge room with a beautiful sea view.

Good location, clean and friendly helpful staff
Adjoining rooms very noisy. Breakfast looks good but very limited "western" options. Eggs usually cold.

Very convenient location — about 10 minutes by Grab to the Jesselton Point jetty (ideal for the island trips), close to the Filipino Market, and only around 10 minutes from the airport. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The pool was pleasant, and they kindly provided a baby cot on request for our 4-year-old. A solid, comfortable stay overall — we'd happily recommend it.
The breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, especially on the sweet/pastry side — though to be fair this was fairly common in most places we stayed across Malaysia. There is also some plane noise as the airport is nearby, but honestly it didn't bother us.
