An excellent stay , further highlighted by a culture of warm hospitality and truly peaceful
Pros:

1 ) The breakfast was ok for me coz im not heavy in breakfast .. but i just want to make a suggestion egg station can do live and make by guest request .. thats more fresh and hot ..
2 ) the ladies due my check in n check out superb friendly and professional.. im forgot their name ..
3 ) the counter beside receptionist.. i think concierge or information counter very friendly and esy for me to get some information during my stay .. and fast respond due one of guest on same floor with me left their key inside .. 👍

Cons:

1) smoking area to far for me .. maybe u can do one place inside hotel for guest smoking area .. more easy to excess..
2 ) tv in room channel can be upgrade , to old .. can try some netflix movie or youtube excess..

A decent stay with good service and a great location, but the hotel feels dated for the price.
Pros:

The location is great, very close to KKIA, and surrounded by convenient spots. Anjung Senja is right in front for seafood, and Api-Api Commercial District at the back has everything from convenience stores to fast food and mamak. Super easy to get a Grab too.

The Superior Double Room was comfortable, with plenty of amenities. I really appreciated the mini fridge, the ironing board, and the master switch by the bed so you can turn off everything easily. Service was good as well, the staff were welcoming, and they replaced my lost access card without any penalty.

Cons:

The hotel is nice but you can clearly feel its age from the ambience and decoration. The work desk in the room is quite small, making it hard to use for work. The iron heats up slowly. The bathroom feels a bit cramped, and the bidet side switch was troublesome, would’ve preferred a normal hose. The breakfast buffet was just okay, with limited variety and not much protein. For the price, you can probably get a newer, better room elsewhere.

Service was heel prettig, waar voor je geld. Zwembad niet gebruikt. Kamer met zeezicht is prettig echter geen beach beschikbaar.
