Customer service was lacking and breakfast was pitiful

It was clean, that was about all it had going for it .

Cons:

The staff , he was talking on speaker phone and did not put the phone down to have a conversation . Breakfast was a joke , the oatmeal was gone , the milk was empty and there was no meat .

Pros:

I usually like this property and I’ve stayed there multiple times but not this time

Cons:

I was way overcharged and when I asked for an invoice multiple times I was told I would be given one, but I was never given one.
