great location, great stuff, good food and relaxing 😌
The hotel is amazing with a very good location near beautiful Pernera Beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and with wonderful sea view. The food and drinks are of a good quality with lots of choices. I recommend this hotel to couples who want to spend time in a serene and tranquil environment with comfort.

The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel was also very clean and had a very nice breakfast.
There weren't any food or snacks available except for the times that the meals were served. We would like it if there was a waiter at the pool area and we didn't have to get up each time we needed a drink. The bar didn't serve any fresh juices, and the quality of the coffee was not the best. The price was high in regards to what was offered.
There is nothing negative about this property it is just fab and the friendliness of all the staff just tops it off. highly recommend.

But if ur planning to stay in perneras location is very close to center (5 min walk) and u have brarby grocery stores too
The location
Unfortunately, we made the mistake of not going to the usual hotel in Protaras, based on the reviews, we wanted to try this one. I should not have.
A very cheap looking hotel at a high price.
Most of the drinks are cheap imitations, cocktails are an undrinkable category. In the evening we went to a nearby bar, we met many Infinity guests there for the same reason.
morning and afternoon tea is a bad joke.
Day by day, less food was put out, for 285 euros a day it is very infuriating!
We didn't get the room we booked, even after a few days, when the hotel was already half empty, we stayed in the moldy room with an old bathtub, others wrote about an upgrade, we didn't get the room we paid for.
Several of the pillowcases were moldy, and there was no regular blanket, only a sheet.
The sea view room is a side room with a small glimpse of the sea and faces the street.
Every day the card had to be recalibrated because it didn't open the door, it was quite annoying to have to go down and up the hot corridor and elevator several times from the 3rd floor because it was not air-conditioned. The batteries in the door were replaced on the sixth day!
There is no evening show
No room service, no laundry service, no laundry service on the balcony, no fitness room
The evening bartender is a very impolite and unfriendly person, he behaved rudely to me several times, if he doesn't want to work, then stop.
In the 60-70% empty hotel, my son did not get the empty room next to us, this is natural in other hotels.
We were the last guests here, we stayed until the closing day, I was injured during the vacation, which limited my movement, despite this, they wanted to ask for 75 euros so that we could stay in the room for an hour longer.
The nice beach is a positive, but it is not the merit of the hotel.
Therefore, for the price you can find a much better hotel in Cyprus, I do not recommend it at all.
