Hotel péssimo. Quarto pequeno sem equipamento, nem telefonema, nem minibar, nem mobiliário. Casa de banho cheirava a esgoto. Pequeno almoço sem pratos quentes e sem variedade. Péssimo equipamento e péssima gestão. Tudo sujo, desarrumado e sem manutenção. Paguei 315 € por 3 noites. Relação qualidade preço baixíssima.

O quarto é em outro prédio, não como mostra nas fotos essas imagens são do restaurante do hotel e não do hotel, esqueci meu carregador e nem me responderam se realmente esqueci, pediram para mandar email e não me responderam e ja disseram por telefone que não tem como me enviar

Bien pero mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación no puede ser mejor y encontramos sitio en la calle cerca. Y el trato de los empleados. La habitación es muy grande

Cons:

La habitación interior no esta en el hotel esta en un edificio al lado pero no tiene ventana a la calle parece que estas en un zulo y podrían explicarlo, da al pasillo del edificio. Además en el baño hace mucho frío, no quise ducharme, la calefacción no es que caliente mucho

Odalarımız buz gibiydi.sabaha kadar donduk.fan coil sistemi resepsiyona bağlı çalışıyor ancak 23.00 gibi kapatıyorlar resepsiyonu,yardım isteyeceğimiz kimse yoktu.
Fan coil 15 dk çalışıp kendiliğinden duruyor,merkezden öyle ayarlamışlar.sabah resepsiyona şikayetimizi ilettiğimizde ekrandan oda ısısına baktılar 17 dereceyi gösteriyordu(ki sabah ısıtıcıyı çalıştırdıkları halde)
Yazın da klimaya kısıtlama koyabileceklerini düşünüyorum,kesinlikle tercih edilmemeli,2 oda 4 kişi hasta kalktık sabah.411 ve 412 nolu odalar

The view! Have I mentioned the view?
Pros:

OMG - the view! The view! Has there ever been a hotel room with a better view than this? I can't wait to go back. This has to be the best location in Ronda. Checkin was quick and easy, parking is availabe (limited) a few houses down, Wifi is strong. Perfect stay!

Cons:

I liked absolutely everything about the hotel, the location, the staff, checkin and checkout. I would 100% visit again! Very nice.
