Bathroom floor was dirty

It was dirty and smelly.

I asked for a booking in Lahad Datu and the Expedia site showed hotels over 200 km away without telling me so. I didn’t realize this until it was too late. Disappointed with Expedia.

Dated hotel and some facilities need some update

Good place to sleep before catching a morning flight. Rooms need updating, not a single picture on the wall and dubious stains on the carpets give an eerie vibe. Was going to make a cup of tea but the kettle had exposed wires.

Staff were friendly and there is a bar and restaurant and 24 hour convenience store on site.

If you’re expecting the Ritz this ain’t it, but if you want an affordable place to rest your head near the airport i would recommend. Plus the beds were so comfy, one of the best sleeps I’ve had in ages!

The Sauna and steam room are out of order

The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel is a bit old and it is all around.
Our phone didn't work and the bathroom was never totally clean. That being said we liked the breakfast very much and no bad word on the restaurant

The property is pretty old. The rooms carpet were quite dirty, and some towels were really old and torn. The rubber edges of the shower area were black.

The room condition was just ok. Carpet full with iron mark because their dont provide iron board in the room. You have to request for. The one i receive not function well. The only why i choose this hotel because it have gym, jacuzi and sauna which i love to spend time there. I hope service to be improve.

Rundown and no sound insulation, can clearly here next door

This is my firstime stay at the hotel after 2 years. The room not that quite mantained as before when it was under promenade but still good for stay. The bathroom especially shower side please get rid the mold at the wall. Breakfast also good and acceptable. The reason why i will stay again at this hotel because their have the gym facilities and sauna. But please repair some gym equipment and also the jacuzi.

Good condition but old hotel near to town area.

I dont' have my RM50 deposit back. No receipt issue by hotel.

Got smelly room and towel because the room was not cleaned well.
Breakfast was just so-so. Doesn't have many choices. Located a bit far from city center.

The view was the best part of this property but the rooms are very dated and not the cleanest.
