Would recommend for a short stay
Pros:

Narita Airport location was perfect for us to rest after 12 hour flight. Very clean and easy to access. Showers were hot and had great pressure - refreshing. Plenty of shampoo, soap, dryers and towels

Cons:

A little noisy when guests arrived late in the evening and started talking.

Great location. Need earplugs for peaceful night sleep.
Pros:

Great location. At Terminal 2. Feel safe for women.

Cons:

A bit noisy from other passengers due to the capsules being made from fiberglass. And undersole of slippers make a lot of noise when people walk around.
