Es un hotel con instalaciones y personal como para DIEZ 10.
Le reclamo en SERVICIOS al Hotel, a Booking, a todas las redes sociales, que haberme cobrado el estacionamiento del auto sin haberlo manifestado durante la contratación , lo considero una estafa. Pueden decir otros cargos, pero es el único hotel del mundo que te roba de esta manera. Es mucho dinero 20000/día comparado con una cena, o todo lo que me salió el viaje, pero es una fortuna si te lo sacan de la billetera sin aviso previo al viaje. es más, el que nos recibió, me comentó esto luego de haber hecho el checking. Todo lo excelente de los servicios se desvaneció con este tema.

La inseguridad, el robo que sufrí y el trato con la administración ( negativa a todo).
Dejé mi bisutería en la habitación cada vez que salí a la playa, me robaron una pulsera de plata. Desde el hotel me dijeron que mal obrar mio por no ponerla en la caja de seguridad. Lo que no solo no es lo habitual, ni la norma, sino que no es algo de tanto valor como lo que uno guarda en caja de seguridad.
De igual modo y debido al deber de seguridad del hotelero no debería faltar ni una media que deje en el piso, o también las dejo en la caja de seguridad??? Irresponsables, mal trato ante en reclamo, ironía y sobre todo INSEGURO.
