There was nothing to find fault with at this hotel

Our fifth trip to Bali and our first stay at Double-Six Luxury Hotel — and we are so glad we chose it.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The check-in was quick, warm, and seamless. Mr. Rahman at the front desk was professional, courteous, and truly set the tone for our stay. The welcome drink was excellent — a lovely touch after arriving in beautiful Bali.

The room was fabulous — spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The 24-hour butler service and the individual attention given to each guest’s requirements made the experience feel truly personalised and luxurious.

Breakfast at the Rooftop Sunset Restaurant was very good, with a wide selection and attentive service. A special mention to F&B Manager Ms. Nyoman Muliati, who was warm, welcoming, and absolutely perfect for her role. Her team at that restaurant were exceptional, paying close attention to each guest!

In fact, we wish we could mention every single member of the service staff in this review — they were all exceptional at every level. The hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay memorable.

We are extremely happy with our experience and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I liked the staff.

We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it. It was our anniversary and they prepared a lovely surprise for us which made the experience even more special. Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back again.

Everything was ok. The Staff was kindly.

I stayed in Double Six for 5 days and it had been the best stay ever. I stayed in the suite and the room was very spacious with a partial view of the ocean. The staff were lovely and gracious and they took care of me from the get go. Very happy to come back and stay in Double Six again!

Amazingly friendly service from all the staff. The food was divine & the Plantation Grill was next level. I highly recommend Acqua Perle Spa as the massages were superb. Put Double Six for a luxury escape on your list!

Perfect place to stay once again.

The place is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and honestly one of the best spots to catch the sunset. The atmosphere feels relaxed and refreshing. The food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the happy hour as well. I especially liked that I could order from a wider range of options compared to the previous rules. I personally love calm and peaceful places, so the rooftop sunset bar felt like the perfect spot for me to unwind, enjoy the view, and take in the sunset. I just wanted to share a small piece of feedback from my visit. While I was sitting there, I noticed one of the waitresses the tallest among the team, chatting and joking quite loudly with a few of her colleagues near my table. They seemed to be having a fun conversation, but the volume was quite noticeable and a bit disruptive to the otherwise calm atmosphere.

It didn’t ruin my experience at all and I still had a lovely time overall. I simply thought it might be helpful to gently remind the team to be a little mindful of the noise level around guests, since many people come to the rooftop specifically to enjoy the peaceful sunset moment.
Other than that, it’s a fantastic place with great food, a wonderful view, and a really enjoyable vibe. I’d happily come back again.

Amazing place to stay perfect for families and couples

The staff from Bell Boy, Reception, Pool side up to the Sunset lounge food and beverage have been outstanding, always friendly and willing to please .
This makes the Double Six a cut above other Bali resort’s .

We stayed at Double-Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak for our anniversary, and everything was perfect. Upon arrival, we enjoyed refreshing cocktails, and our Leisure Suite was huge and beautiful. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean was stunning. The Rooftop Sunset Bar quickly became our favorite: during the day, it served a fresh All-You-Can-Eat Buffet and Made-to-Order Breakfast, and at sunset, it transformed into a relaxing bar with locally inspired cocktails, floating pods, and ocean views. We also enjoyed dinner twice at The Plantation Grill—the food and desserts were excellent—and the couple’s massage at the spa was wonderfully relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the central location made exploring Seminyak easy. Highly recommended for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service!
