Beautiful room and facilities, staff always friendly
Great location, room was spacious with a massive balcony. Check in experience was really good. Poolside bar was great and also the cocktail bar. Breakfast was very good and all staff were great
View and services
Very loud night club noise from the beach club next door
Fantastic location overlooking the beach. Room was large & very well equipped & furnished. Staff were all amazing & so helpful & welcoming. Breakfast served in the rooftop restaurant bar was fantastic with plenty of different options. Great that they don't allow hogging of unoccupied sundowners, so it was always possible to get one. Food in the on site restaurants was excellent.
The shower was in urgent need of a deep clean as there were a lot of areas of mould. Other than this, I would have given a score of 10

I loved everything about it
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the warm, friendly staff—they were definitely the highlight of my experience. The rooftop restaurant was absolutely amazing, and I was especially grateful that the team accommodated my request for halal food, ensuring it was prepared separately to avoid any cross-contamination. That level of care meant a lot to me.
The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away, and the main pool area was fantastic—clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. I was also kindly upgraded to a private pool room, which I really appreciated, especially as it offered more privacy as someone who wears a hijab. That thoughtful gesture did not go unnoticed.
The only minor improvement needed is the private pool in the room. It appears to require better cleaning and some upgrades. With a bit more maintenance, it could easily match the quality of the main pool areas. Additionally, there’s a persistent bad smell in the bathrooms. This might be more related to the humid environment.
Great location! Friendly staff! Had a lovely quiet suite. Large bathroom and very comfortable bedroom. Highly recommend Seminyak for a lively great stay!
