Amazing Staff, Stunning Rooftop Dining & Beachfront Bliss
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the warm, friendly staff—they were definitely the highlight of my experience. The rooftop restaurant was absolutely amazing, and I was especially grateful that the team accommodated my request for halal food, ensuring it was prepared separately to avoid any cross-contamination. That level of care meant a lot to me.

The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away, and the main pool area was fantastic—clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. I was also kindly upgraded to a private pool room, which I really appreciated, especially as it offered more privacy as someone who wears a hijab. That thoughtful gesture did not go unnoticed.

Cons:

The only minor improvement needed is the private pool in the room. It appears to require better cleaning and some upgrades. With a bit more maintenance, it could easily match the quality of the main pool areas. Additionally, there’s a persistent bad smell in the bathrooms. This might be more related to the humid environment.

Fabulous first time stay in Seminyak!
Pros:

Great location! Friendly staff! Had a lovely quiet suite. Large bathroom and very comfortable bedroom. Highly recommend Seminyak for a lively great stay!

A nice hotel with great staff and exceptional service.
Pros:

Lovely staff and great service. Room service twice a day was provided by a great team. Allowed to use a complimentary lounge on last day after vacating room, with showers and complimentary drinks, very much appreciated with a late flight.

Cons:

Our corridor and room smelt musty but that could be to do with the humidity. Apart from that nothing else that we didn't like.

Amenities and the staff. Every staff makes you feel welcome and always ready to assist.

Cons:

My only downside was that palm tree that blocked my view to the beach. When I already requested non obstructed view 😭

Pros:

Lovely big rooms, very friendly staff who are more than happy to service you. The pool is amazing. APLpple vojito cocktail should be on the happy hour list🤩😉 great lounge for after checkout.
