Pros:

The location right on Seminyak Beach was perfect, the suites were spacious and luxurious, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We especially loved the rooftop sunset views, the beautiful pool area, and the exceptional breakfast selection.

Great stay and we will be back again.
Pros:

We Love the location and always come back for the staff. They are truly incredible and are always so welcoming. The pool is beautiful as is the roof too restaurant and bar.

Cons:

There seems to be a strong smell in the bathroom, this is unsettling and not welcome.

Luxury stay with all you need love it!
Pros:

I love the buffet breakfast roof top bar and room facilities such a luxurious get away

Great value 5 star in the heart of Seminyak / Legian
Pros:

We got a free upgrade to a massive penthouse which was lovely. Everything was comfortable and location is great if Seminyak is what you want. Meal at Plantation Grill was 10/10 and staff were lovely as you would expect in Bali. Breakfast on the roof was a highlight.

Cons:

The pool area is not great by Bali standards, and there are big ridges in the pool that make it hard to swin around. The hotel overall is a little shabby in places and could use a refresh - the pool and adjoining bar area could be a lot nicer. It's luxury but a bit Aussie bogan at the same time, but that is Seminyak I guess. I have no complaints and it was incredible value

We had a pleasant stay, lovely hotel facilities.
Pros:

The property was lovely, really appreciated the welcome drink which was quite spectacular, staff were lovely, services that you were able to access were convenient and helpful, such as two items per day ironed by staff. But service, room service, view was amazing! Room air-conditioned and pleasant decor.

Cons:

We didn’t have enough time to thoroughly enjoy the stay being only two nights
