Un très bon séjour dans un magnifique établissement très agréable
Pros:

Super petit déjeuner, le personnel est accueillant et agréable. Très bel établissement avec une belle piscine et pleins de services.

Cons:

Le service de ménage est assez moyen, à deux reprises des serviettes propres ont été oubliées. De plus, lorsque que nous mettons la pancarte pour le ménage nous nous attendions à avoir des draps propres et au minimum un petit passage d’aspirateur (en bord de plage il y a très vite du sable partout) en vu du prestige de l’établissement.

La struttura è bella, anche se non amo i palazzi grandi. La sala della colazione molto bella, personale molto attento, offerta del buffet elevata.

Cons:

L’edificio è un palazzo grande, ma abbastanza integrato. Si sente la mancanza del parcheggio interno, anche se non è tanto difficile trovare posto fuori

Pros:

piscina y ubicacion del hotel, personal del restaurante bar piscina amable, sobre todo la señora que daba pena trabajando con un calor insoportable y sin aire acondicionado en el bar.

Cons:

servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, personal de recepcion poco amable especialmente la chica argentina que nos atendio a la llegada, muy malas formas y una atencion muy poco amable, falta de plazas de aparcamiento para los huespedes.

Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel.
Die Lage und die umliegenden Buchten sind sehr schön. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Poollandschaft ist einladend und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

Das à la Cart Restaurant hat uns nicht überzeugt. Das Essen war mässig und es gibt eine sehr kleine Speisekarte. Wenn man eine Woche da ist, ist das schon störend. Uns irritierte die Asiatisch angehauchte Küche und fehlte die Mallorquinische Küche.

Fabulous hotel with excellent facilities, nestled in a super location.
Pros:

The room was fabulous, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. The perks of our gold card were a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.

all about the pictures, but the hotel did not live up to their rating.
Pros:

Young girls in the reception did everything they could 10/10 to all of them! They upgraded me for a better room after a sleepless night because of bad neighbour room Pool area is very nice, though empty of pool towels all the time! Brekkie was quite good, but they need to get a new blender and make proper juices/smoothie, that sugary machine stuff was gross! and the 1 smoothie they offered was done very lazy ( full of shells/chem.) U needed a spoon to eat the smoothie

They upgraded me for a better room after a sleepless night because of bad neighbour room

The guys age 50+ always giving me bad looks in the restaurant/breakfast area, IDK why! Noticed they certainly where super friendly and smiley with all the younger female guests :/
The walls are paper thin so make sure you dont have party people next door!
When complaining at constant music/noise next door at 3AM to receptionist, he actually tried to convince me that it was not their responsibility, which is utter nonsense! Just fix the problem, dont argue with guests that pay alot!

Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen! Gutes Frühstück, super Lage und wirklich nettes Personal :) ich empfehle dieses Hotel definitiv weiter! Auch die Poolanlage ist wirklich schön

Leider waren die Putzfrauen nicht sehr gründlich, das Badezimmer wurde nicht geputzt.
