Das Zimmer war ein Traum! Der Blick ist wunderschön und der Balkon mit dem Whirlpool einfach nur toll!

Einzig die Stufe zum Badezimmer ist echt nicht optimal. Baustellenlärm den ganzen Tag war ebenfalls nicht so toll, aber da kann das Hotel nun nix für
Comfortable beds - bedding and towels changed every day. Short walk to beach. Excellent breakfasts. Very polite and helpful staff. Good pools and pool facilities.
Our deluxe room had a shower curtain which I think is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. It was smelly so we phoned reception who came and removed the curtain immediately and sprayed the room which did help. The shower curtain was replaced on our fourth day but quite honestly didnt stop water seeping onto the floor as the water just ran under the curtain. Please install glass screens - safer and much more hygienic. The replacement curtain still had an odour!
The room had no wardrobe or full length hanging space - merely a rack over the safe so no facility for dresses or hanging trousers.
Not the end of the world but only one lift to the rooms - we were on the fourth floor - and the lift was very slow.
Finally, the main road and the centre of Portal Nous is up a very steep hill some 1km from the hotel. We had a car so that was ok but its a consideration if you don’t like walking or hills. The hotel is located in a predominantly residential area with limited street parking but we would suggest a car is definitely worth considering as there are no restaurants near the hotel if you have opted for a bed and breakfast option.

Bereits zum vierten Mal hier, weil es einfach ein Traum ist.
Leider wurde das Konzept fürs Abendessen geändert. Nun gibt es nur noch a la carte Gerichte und diese sind kein Vergleich zum Buffetangebot zuvor. Ich hoffe sehr, sie überdenken es nochmals.

,we have stayed here a number of times over the last 15 years , think this time we realized is time for a bit of a tlc needs new towels , things in general are starting to to look very tired and old , breakfast has gone downhill , pool menu is getting less and less very limited needs some attention to detail will probably stay somewhere else next time
albergo bellissimo, camere spaziose e pulite, lontano da Palma ma ben servito dai mezzi quindi alla fine non è stato difficile raggiungere la città, le spiagge e le principali attrazioni.
Buonissima la colazione ! Tutto molto nuovo. Posizione tranquilla. Grazie a celeste receptionist e Filippo cameriere e grazie per la bottiglia offerta e a sorpresa in camera per il mio compleanno.

Sadly we did not get to stay here as our close friend passed away hours before we were due to fly. I had been chatting to the hotel enquiring about an upgrade prior to arrival but sadly they could not accommodate us as they were fully booked. Knowing this I called the hotel to let them know we were not coming just out of curtesy. Never did I expect them to be understanding and so kind. They refunded our stay without hesitation which was something we didn't expect and they were so lovely to me as i was sobbing down the phone. We will definitely be re booking just based on this experience. Thank you again to the staff that dealt with me that day. You restored our faith in humanity.

Frühstück war gut und sauber. Zimmer waren aufgeräumt. Personal war Hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kleinen süßen Strand 100m die Straße runter - der ist ganz schön.
Die angeblich besseren Bereiche, welche man mit dem Gold Level nutzen kann, könnten besser gepflegt sein. Einen wirklichen Mehrwert des Gold Level Status habe ich nicht erkennen können. Gesamtpreis war für diese Leistung zu hoch. 3€ für eine Flasche Stilles Wasser 0,33l ist schon bisschen frech.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war in Ordnung
Zimmer war leider nicht ganz so sauber, Eierspeisen beim Frühstück hatten einen komischen Geschmack, Ausstattung vom Zimmer war mittelmäßig und die Lage des Zimmers (Blick auf Baustellen überall) war nicht schön. Eine Balkonnutzung war nicht möglich, weil direkt davor Bauarbeiter waren - unangenehm für uns und sich auch für die Bauarbeiter. Ein wegschauen wäre nicht möglich gewesen

Tappetino della doccia del bagno non cambiato, pulizia del bagno un po’ superficiale, il giorno prima avevo lavato i capelli, e la mattina successiva dopo il passaggio della pulizia erano ancora tutti per terra
